中文摘要：	制造业是国民经济主体，是立国之本、兴国之器、强国之基。因此加速新一代信息技术与制造业融合，是深化供给侧结构性改革的重要举措，也是我国建设制造强国的必由之路。目前我国很多企业投入巨资建立信息化系统，但是很多企业陷入了IT黑洞、信息孤岛。 对于制造业来说，供应链是其生命线。同时供应链流程的再造优化也是当下比较热门的管理方面的话题，以供应链流程这个制造业的关键流程可以折射出制造业流程优化和信息化的主要问题以及应对方式方案。ERP系统可以对整个企业的供应链进行有效的管理，是承载供应链流程以及流程优化非常适宜的信息化平台。因此，基于ERP的供应链的流程优化的研究是具有代表性。 作为传统机械制造商的YH公司已经发展180年，一直基业长青。这源于其独特的、先进的管理理念和经验；尊重流程、重视系统运用的企业文化；成熟的信息化环境以及积极应对变化，保持持续改进，不断进行流程优化和信息化系统开发的企业意识。本文着重研究了YH公司对生产外包流程和多货源采购流程的进行流程优化和全新设计，以满足企业外部环境变化对企业提出的各种个性化要求的过程。这个过程显示了YH公司面对市场需求的变化，运用渐进式的改造法对供应链流程进行优化和改善。其中包括选择适合的采购策略组合，遵循流程管理流程，使用ERP SAP等系统工具实现信息共享，以达到最大限度地提高供应链的价值并降低整体成本的目标。 本文选取具有代表性的传统制造业—机械制造商YH公司为研究对象，以供应链流程优化为研究领域，以信息化系统ERP为平台，研究和推演其系统与流程优化的互相制约互相支持的相互作用的过程。希望通过这些研究对我国制造业企业解决信息化与企业发展不匹配的问题有所帮助，对我国制造业信息化以及供应链流程优化有借鉴作用。
英文摘要：	Manufacturing industry is the main part of national economy, the foundation of establishing the country, rejuvenating the country and strengthening the country. Therefore, accelerating the integration of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing industry is an important measure to deepen the supply-side structural reform and the only way for China to build a powerful manufacturing country. At present, many Chinese enterprises have invested heavily in establishing information system, but many of them are trapped in IT black hole and Information Island. The supply chain is lifeline of manufacturing. At the same time, the reengineering and optimization of supply chain process is a hot topic of management. As the key process of manufacturing industry, supply chain process can reflect the main problems of manufacturing process optimization and informatization as well as the solutions. ERP system can effectively manage the enterprise supply chain. It is a very suitable information platform for carrying the supply chain flow and process optimization. Therefore, the research on the process optimization of supply chain based on ERP is representative. As a traditional mechanical manufacturer, YH Company has been developing for 180 years and has been developing continuously. This comes from its unique and advanced management concept and experience; the corporate culture of respect the process and focus on system application; mature information environment and enterprise awareness of positive response to changes, continuous improvement, and process optimization and information system development. This paper focuses on the process optimization and new design of YH's production outsourcing process and multi-source procurement process to meet the various personalized requirements of the enterprise from the change of external environment. This process shows that YH Company is faced with the change of market demand and utilized Progressive modification to optimize and improve the supply chain process. It included selecting the appropriate combination of purchasing strategies, following the process management process, and using ERP SAP to achieve information sharing, so as to achieve the goal of maximizing the value of the supply chain and reducing the overall cost. This paper selects representative traditional manufacturing industry -- mechanical manufacturer YH Company as the research object, takes supply chain process optimization as the research field, and takes ERP as the platform to study and deduce the mutual restriction and mutual support process of system and process optimization. It is hoped that these studies can help China's manufacturing enterprises to solve the problem of the mismatch between informatization and enterprise development, and can be used as a reference for China's manufacturing industry informatization and supply chain process optimization.
