中文摘要:随着非学历教育的培训需求日益旺盛,非营利性培训机构已无法满足旺盛的市场需求,营利性培训机构应运而生,并且得到了政策的支持。营利性培训机构是公办教育的有效补充,一定程度上缓解了我国教育资源的缺乏。营利性教育培训机构既有教育机构的社会公益性又与营利性企业一样有营利性。在近年来支持营利性教育与非营利性教育分类管理的政策支持下,对营利性教育培训机构的管理也在趋向更严格更科学更成体系。加之,在互联网行业的迅速发展,教育培训领域的竞争从实体的培训学校模式延伸到了网上的在线学习平台。营利性培训机构不仅要面对同行业的同类竞争者,也要与跨行业的互联网公司一较高下。 面对多方竞争者的进入,竞争的维度也全方位升级。营利性培训机构在拓展市场的同时不得不向内看,提高管理水平,实行绩效管理,提高核心竞争力,寻找提升的突破口和方向。 平衡计分卡的绩效管理方法将战略目标和经营目标绩效管理指标结合起来,关注的不仅是财务指标,还包括了客户层面,内部运营管理层面,学习和成长性层面。平衡计分卡的“平衡”的意义就体现在,内外结合,上下结合,现在和将来结合,平衡和兼顾了多方发展,确保企业在战略目标的指引下,全维度资源贡献战略目标的实现,以战略为始,以战略为终。 本文的研究逻辑是先用第一章介绍研究背景及意义,并介绍了国内外相关的研究。第二章介绍了本论文涉及的相关理论。第三章对于A培训机构的现状和基本情况做了介绍,对于A培训机构现存绩效管理存在的问题进行阐述,并分析了成因。第四章基于平衡计分卡理论构建了A培训机构的绩效管理体系,并具体运用。第五章对于A培训及机构的绩效管理提出了改进意见和保障措施。  
英文摘要:With the growing demand for training in non-academic education, non-profit training institutions have been unable to meet the strong market demand, for-profit training institutions came into being, and received policy support. Profitable training institutions are an effective supplement to public education, to a certain extent, alleviating the lack of educational resources in China. Profitable educational and training institutions have both the social welfare of educational institutions and the same profitability as for-profit enterprises. In recent years, with the support of the policy of classified management of for-profit education and non-profit education, the management of for-profit education and training institutions is also tending to be more stringent, more scientific and more systematic. The competition in the field of education and training extends from the entity training school model to the online learning platform. Profitable training institutions should not only face the same competitors in the same industry, but also compete with cross-industry Internet companies. Faced with the entry of many competitors, the dimension of competition has also been upgraded in all directions. Profitable training institutions have to look inward while expanding the market, improve the management level, implement performance management, improve core competitiveness, and find a breakthrough and direction to enhance. The Balanced Scorecard performance management method combines the strategic objectives and operational objectives of performance management indicators, focusing on the internal operational management level, learning and growth level customer level. The significance of the Balanced Scorecard lies in the combination of internal and external, top and bottom, present and future, balancing and giving consideration to multiple development, ensuring the realization of the strategic goal of full-dimensional resource contribution under the guidance of strategic objectives, starting with strategy and ending with strategy. The logic of this paper is to introduce the background and significance of the study with the first chapter, and introduce the relevant research at home and abroad. The second chapter introduces the related theories in this paper. The third chapter introduces the current situation and basic situation of A training institution, expounds the existing problems of performance management of A training institution, and analyzes the causes. The fourth chapter builds the performance management system of A training institutions based on the Balanced Scorecard theory, and applies it concretely. The fifth chapter puts forward improvement suggestions and safeguard measures for A training and performance management.
