中文摘要: | 摘要随着世界经济的不断发展,市场对企业提出了更高的要求,同时随着中国经济形式的变化,在以需求为导向的新型市场环境下,企业的内外部环境产生了根本的变化,面临着更加激烈的市场竞争,特别是近十年来,中国劳动力成本优势不断降低,企业面临越来越大的成本压力,市场的变化和成本的提升对企业的管理水平的要求也越来越高。精益生产作为一种先进的生产方式和管理思想,已被世界上各大企业所认可,精益生产的成功实施为企业带来了巨大的收益,大大的提升了企业的竞争力,精益生产能够有效的识别和去除生产过程中的各种浪费,提升企业的生产效率,降低成本,改善品质,提升响应速度。 针对企业在精益生产方式引进实施难,提升成效差等普遍问题,本文以S公司为研究对象,从精益生产的基本思想和公司的实际现状出发,通过精益生产四象限分析,确定了公司推行精益生产的路径,通过精益组织的建立以及系统的内部培训,提升企业员工对精益生产的认识,激发员工对精益生产的热情,通过建立合理化建立制度,推动精益生产的全员参与;通过绩效管理体系的搭建以及精益专项的推进,推动精益生产的持续改善。本文通过实例论证方法,详细阐释了S公司推行精益生产的路径和具体的推行方法,为其他同类制造企业开展推行精益生产提供可借鉴的范例。关键词:精益生产,全员参与,持续改善,价值流图分析 | |
英文摘要: | Abstract With the continuous development of the world economy, the market has put forward higher requirements for enterprises. In the new market environment guided by demand, internal and external enterprise environment become more complicated. Faced more market competition. Especially in the past decade, China's labor cost advantage became less and less. Enterprises had to face increasing cost pressures. With the change of market and the increase of labor cost, management level have been required higher and higher for enterprises. As an advanced mode of production and management, lean production has been recognized by many enterprises in the world. The successful implementation of lean production has brought great benefits to enterprises and greatly improved their competitiveness. Lean production can effectively identify and remove all kinds of waste in the production process, improve production efficiency, reduce cost, improve quality and improve response speed. Aiming at the common problems, such as the difficulty of introducing and implementing lean production mode, and the poor performance of enterprises, etc. Taking S company as the research object, this paper starts from the basic thesis of lean production and the actual situation of the company. Through the four-quadrant analysis of lean production, the company's path of lean production is determined. Through the establishment of lean organization and systematic internal training to enhance the understanding of lean production, stimulate the enthusiasm of staff to lean production. To promote the full participation of Lean production by establishing a system of rationalization. To promote the continuous improvement of lean production through the construction of performance system and the promotion of Lean projects. In this paper, the way and method of lean production in S Company are explained in detail, which can be used as an example for other similar manufacturing enterprises to carry out lean production.
