| 中文摘要: | 项目管理虽然是一门20世纪初理论基础才开始显露头角并被各相关领域逐渐重视的学科,但是论起它真正的起源,其实古已有之。经过上千年的发展成型,再在近百年内由世界各国发扬光大,项目管理到今天已经真正的做到了每时每秒都在改变着世界上不同国家、各个领域的生产效率。尤其是在信息化建设项目,信息化这个概念依托于计算机而生,起源于60年代并且发源至今,依托于计算器迅猛的发展速度不断革新。现在的信息化项目具有涉及领域广泛、技术革新迅速、时间要求紧迫、人财物协调频繁等诸多难题,这些难题无时不刻的影响着项目的进度、质量,以至于影响着项目的成功率。如何科学的应用管理理论去降低这些问题带来的负面影响,并将理论与现实相结合保证理论的贯彻实施是现代项目管理必须要面对的困难。 本文通过对G公司软件开发项目时间管理现状进行详细研究,去发现项目时间管理中各环节存在的问题,以国内外项目管理理论先进成果为理论基础,以公司实际情况为主要依据,依托一个真实项目信息为这些问题设计出有针对性的优化解决方案。在优化方案中,推进建立了项目进度计划、建立了技术专家信息共享机制、建立了内部组间协作工作流程、设计出了项目需求的收集流程与判断标准,之后再通过一系列保障手段去完成设计方案的实施工作,并在实施完成后对实施效果进行客观评价。另外文本还通过文中所选择项目的优化结果去从一个小的方面验证公司科学项目管理体系建设的必要性,为公司的项目管理发展提供资料依据。最终希望研究成果能够应用于未来公司的类似项目中去,提升公司的项目时间管理水平。 本文不仅是理论的研究与学习,更为重视的是所用理论与实际情况的结合,每一个优化方案的设计都将实用性与易于实施性放在首要位置考虑。在不浪费资源、不影响项目进度的前提下,通过科学的理论方法提高项目的时间管理水平,达到减少项目时间从而节省项目成本、提升项目价值的目的。 希望本文在项目时间管理方面进行的研究与应用能够为其他信息化或非信息化项目管理者提供一些帮助。全文共包含图11幅,表8个,参考文献30篇。 | |

This article through to G company project time management present situation carries on the detailed research, discovers the project time management each link existence question, take the domestic and foreign project management theory advanced achievement as the theory foundation, take the company actual situation as the main basis, relies on a real project to design the pointed optimization solution for these questions. In the optimization scheme, the project schedule is established, the information sharing mechanism of technical experts is established, the inter-group cooperation workflow is established, and the collection process and judgment criteria of project requirements are designed. Then through a series of safeguards to complete the implementation of the design scheme, and after the completion of the implementation of the objective evaluation of the implementation effect. In addition, the text also verifies the necessity of scientific project management system construction from a small aspect through the optimization results of the case project in this paper, and provides information basis for the development of project management of the company.
