中文摘要：	随着现代化建筑技术、现代控制技术、计算机技术、通讯技术的发展，在建筑中形成了一种崭新形式的建筑弱电系统（建筑智能化系统），它利用系统集成技术实现了通讯自动化、建筑设备自动化、办公自动化，与建筑环境一起构成了整个智能建筑。建筑智能化工程由于技术含量大、涉及面广，主要由专业企业来做工程项目承包。随着智能建筑的不断发展，建筑智能化工程专业承包企业的数量也不断增多、企业之间的竞争也日趋激烈。因此，有必要对建筑智能化工程承包企业的项目成本管理进行深入研究。 本文分析了国内建筑智能化工程专业承包企业现状，针对建筑智能化工程项目成本管理中存在的管理水平不高，成本控制途径和方法落后，企业信息化程度低等问题，运用项目成本管理的基本原理和方法，按照建筑智能化工程承包项目的成本发生过程，依次对智能化工程承包项目中的成本事前控制、过程控制和事后控制进行了研究，提出要用系统的思想进行项目成本管理，建立科学的项目成本管理体系，确保建筑智能化工程承包项目的成本管理工作的有效推行。 文中采用较新理论嫁接传统项目成本管理方法，运用价值工程和挣得值原理，有效地实现了建筑智能化承包工程的项目成本管理。文章最后结合天津天地伟业公司案例，说明建立建筑智能化工程项目成本管理体系的重要性和加强建筑智能化项目绩效考核的重要性。
英文摘要：	With the development of modern architectural technology, modern control technology, computer technology and communication technology, a new form of construction elv systems (building intelligent systems)is formed in the building , it is realized that using system integration technology in building automation equipment communication automation and office automation, to constitute the intelligent building together with architectural environment. Because intelligent building engineering project involve of much technology and many sides, it is mainly done by professional enterprise through contracting the project. With the continuous development of the intelligent building, the number of enterpriseis which specialized incontracting intelligent building project is increasing, thus the competition between enterprises is fiercer. Therefore, it is necessary for enterprises contracting intelligent building engineering project to go into deep study in the cost management in projects. This article analyzes the the domestic status quo of the architecture intelligentize building engineering contractors, for the poor management level in building project cost management, the backward ways and means of cost control and low level of enterprise informationization, using the basic project cost management principles and methods, in accordance with the costs process of architecture intelligentize building engineering contractors during the project, studied followed by intelligent engineering contract for the cost of the project prior to control, process control and after control, advancing an answer that we should use systems thinking to progress cost managementand establish science project cost management system to ensure the contractor intelligentize building engineering contractors’ cost of the project management is implemented effectively. In the text new theory is used in the traditional projects' cost management ,using the theory of value engineering and earned value can the effective realize the cost management of the contracted building projects effectively , as well the Tianjin world Albert company' case will be showed as an example to illustrate the importance of establishing cost management system of intelligent building projects and strengthing the performance appraisal of them.
