| 中文摘要: | 中国改革开放40年来经济发展取得了令人瞩目的成就,但2018年,我国对外面临中美经贸摩擦、对内防范化解重大风险,虽然经济延续了一直以来的平稳态势,但环境的不确定和复杂性不断增加,企业如何保持竞争优势,顺应时代和环境的转型变革势在必行。人力资源管理更需从自身出发,利用“变革推动者”的角色,促使组织结合内部环境和外部环境进行价值创造,实现企业整体战略和人力资源战略的有效链接,并在组织发展中持续动态整合,以便更好地发挥人力资本的重要属性,推进企业整体发展进程。 A公司成立于1992年,是一家集养老产业,生命科学与技术产业,金融投资产业和房地产开发产业为一体的集团化公司。自26年前成立以来,公司拥有3000多名员工,经历了三个发展阶段和两次重新创业阶段,以期在战略和业务不断变化的过程中寻求突破和发展。目前,A公司正式启动新一轮战略转型和第三次创业,顺应大健康时代的发展趋势,集中所有优势资源,专注于养老产业和生命科学与技术产业,通过不断的金融创新,确保核心产业发展,促进产业集聚和产业链整合,为广大人民群众提供更优质的生活和更全面的健康服务,致力于发展成为业界领先的生命健康产业投资控股集团。人力资源部门如何充分发挥作用激发组织效能,推动战略变革、业务增长、组织发展,是A公司现阶段急待解决的重点问题之一。 本文在深入分析人力资源管理理论及其实践应用的基础上,对A公司当前的组织与管理现状进行诊断,从而发掘人力资源管理中存在的问题并对其产生的原因进行深入分析,最终结合人力资源三支柱理论对人力资源管理模式做出进一步优化,提出切实可行的解决措施,以期提高人力资源的管理质量及运营效率,从而有效驱动业务发展与组织变革,并在复杂的内外部环境中取得持续的战略支撑价值、业务增长价值与人才发展价值。 最后,期望本项研究不仅能够有效改善A公司人力资源管理现状,同时也能对面临同样困扰的其他公司在人力资源优化管理方面提供思路与参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | China’s economic development has made remarkable achievements in the past 40 years of reform and opening up. However, since 2018, China has faced major risks of Sino-US trade frictions and internal defenses. Although the economy has continued its steady state, the environment is more complexity, how to maintain competitive advantage, Human resource management needs to continuously change from itself, and urges the organization to make strategic adjustments ??based on internal environment and external environment with the role of “change facilitator”, in order to achieve effective connection and dynamic integration of corporate strategy and human resources. Founded in 1992, Company A is a group company integrating pension, life science and technology, financial investment and real estate development. It has more than 3,000 employees. Since it was established, It has experienced three stages of development. At present, Company A has officially launched a new round of strategic transformation, conforming to the development trend of the big health era, focusing all the advantageous resources on the pension industry and life science and technology industry, and ensuring the development of core industries through continuous financial innovation. Based on the theoretical research of human resource management, this thesis analyzes the current business status of A company, the status quo and existing problems of human resource management system, and optimizes the human resource management model based on the “three pillars” model. Propose specific feasibility measures to improve the efficiency of human resources operations and effectively drive business transformation and growth. At the same time, I hope that this research can improve the efficiency of human resources management of Company A, while also providing reference and thinking for other companies facing the same problem. | |
