| 中文摘要: | 近年来国内的软件行业发展迅速,气象信息化建设需求大幅度的增长,气象软件行业之间的竞争也越来越激烈,如何提高气象软件项目的项目管理效率已经成为各气象公司越来越重视的问题。M公司是国内最大的民营商业气象服务公司,拥有国内顶尖的气象技术和研发团队。其开发研制的软件系统也要适应各个客户的定制化要求,项目开发过程中的风险管理成为M公司的核心竞争力。 本文以M公司A项目管理中的风险识别与管理分析为例,系统地阐述了公M司在A项目的项目背景以及项目整个阶段存在的问题,通过流程图法和风险核检查表两种方法相互配合,从A项目的功能结构分解、系统信息数据流、系统技术架构流、系统网络拓扑流四个角度去进行A项目的风险识别。然后用风险发生的可能性或概率和果风险发生时所产生的后果两种方法和角度去对A项目识别出来的风险进行评估。再用风险矩阵图法对风险进行进一步的风险评价,根据风险的风险值进行风险严重程度的排序。最后介绍了针对A项目top10的风险,M公司的风险应对措施和风险跟踪方式。 本文的研究结果证明,在M公司A项目管理中的风险识别和管理分析的方案,可以提高A项目风险管理的质量,有效的把控A项目的进度和成本,提升客户的满意度,进而提升了企业的竞争力。同时,针对M公司A项目管理中的风险识别与管理分析改进,具有很强的现实意义和指导作用,对于M公司其他项目以及其他公司的项目的风险管理提升也有借鉴的意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, the domestic software industry has developed rapidly, the demand for meteorological information construction has increased substantially, and the competition between meteorological software industries has become increasingly fierce.How to improve the project management efficiency of meteorological software projects has become an issue that more and more meteorological companies pay more attention to.M Corporation, as the largest private commercial meteorological service company in China, has the top meteorological technology and Research and development(R&D) team in China.The software system developed by M company needs to adapt to the customization requirements of each customer, and the risk management in the project development process becomes the core competitiveness of M company. Taking the risk identification and management analysis in M company A project management as an example, this paper systematically expounds the problems of the project of the project and the whole stage of the project.This study cooperates with the flow chart method and the risk check table to analyze the risk of the A project from the four aspects of functional structure decomposition, system information data flow, system technology architecture flow and system network topology flow.Then, the risk identified by the A project is evaluated by the possibility and probability of occurrence of the risk and the consequences of the occurrence of the risk.The risk matrix method is used to conduct further risk assessment, and the risk severity is ranked according to the risk value of the risk.Finally, the risk of top10 for A project, the risk response measures of M company and the risk tracking method are introduced. The research results of this paper prove that the risk identification and management analysis program in M company A project management can improve the quality of A project risk management, effectively control the progress and cost of A project, improve customer satisfaction, and then improve the competitiveness of the company.At the same time, it has a strong practical significance and guiding role for the risk identification and management analysis improvement in M company A project management. It also has reference significance for the risk management improvement of other projects of M company and other companies. | |
