中文摘要: | 当今世界是不断发展变化的世界,经济环境受其影响也在飞速的变化中。在这种大环境下,金融产品,其曾经只具备的最基本的功能,已经不能满足人们日益增加的需求,再加上金融管制日益严苛,国际资本加速流动,传统银行业不断受到来自金融市场的强烈冲击,金融服务外包逐渐受到各金融机构的青睐,成为金融产业分工协作新模式下的一种趋势。 但是,在将业务外包的同时,各银行也必须重点关注金融风险的防范与监控。而操作风险作为金融外包最主要的风险之一,更是金融风险防控的重中之重。做好金融外包的操作风险管理,对于传统银行的盈利能力,乃至整个金融体系健康稳步的发展,都承载着不可或缺的作用。 本文以S银行为例,基于操作风险管理基本理论结合S银行金融外包的实际情况,对S银行金融外包的操作风险管理进行研究与解析。作为S银行的全资子公司,S银行环球商业服务有限公司所承载的S银行金融外包服务具备着其特有的“离岸化”属性。因此在操作风险管理的过程中,既要遵循行业内统一的操作风险管理标准,又应充分考虑到其独特的运营模式,有针对性的制定操作风险应对计划与方案,并在后期进行有效的监控以确保操作风险应对方案实施的有效性。 从结构上,本文首先对该课题的的背景、研究意义与目的、研究内容、研究的技术路线,进行了阐述。紧接着,是对于相关理论的全面梳理。然后,本文对S银行金融外包操作风险管理的独特性进行分析,主要包括S银行金融外包的背景及其特点、金融外包操作风险管理的现状与独特性分析。接下来分别是S银行金融外包操作风险的识别、度量、应对与监控。以传统风险管理的逻辑顺序对S银行金融外包操作风险管理进行了全面的分析。包括操作风险管理四个步骤的方法与具体实施的分析。文章的最后是全文的结论与展望,总结分析本文在研究过程中的创新与不足。 | |
英文摘要: | The world today is a constantly evolving world, and the economic environment is also affected by rapid changes. In this environment, financial products, which have only the most basic functions, can no longer meet the increasing demands of people. Coupled with increasingly strict financial regulations, international capital is accelerating, and traditional banking is constantly receiving financial The strong impact of the market, financial service outsourcing has gradually been favored by various financial institutions, and has become a new trend under the new mode of division of labor in the financial industry. However, while outsourcing the business, the banking industry must focus on the prevention and monitoring of financial risks. As one of the most important risks of financial outsourcing, operational risk is the top priority of financial risk prevention and control. Doing a good job in the operational risk management of financial outsourcing plays an indispensable role for the profitability of traditional banks and the healthy and steady development of the entire financial system. Taking S-bank as an example, this paper studies and analyzes the operational risk management of S-bank financial outsourcing based on the basic theory of operational risk management and the actual situation of S-bank financial outsourcing. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of S Bank, S Bank Global Business Services Co., Ltd. carries out its unique “offshore” nature. Therefore, in the process of operational risk management, it is necessary to follow the unified operational risk management standards within the industry, and fully consider its unique operating model, and formulate operational risk response plans and plans in a targeted manner, and effectively implement them in the later stage. Meanwhile, the bank also needs to take monitoring to ensure operational risk response to the effectiveness of the implementation of the program. From the structure, this paper first studies the background, research significance and purpose, research content and technical route of the research. This is followed by a comprehensive review of relevant theories. Then, this paper analyzes the uniqueness of S-bank financial outsourcing operation risk management, including the background and characteristics of S-bank financial outsourcing, and the status quo and uniqueness analysis of financial outsourcing operation risk management. Next are the identification, measurement, response and monitoring of S Bank's financial outsourcing operational risks. A comprehensive analysis of S Bank's financial outsourcing operation risk management was carried out in the logical order of traditional risk management. The method consists of four steps of operational risk management and analysis of specific implementation.
