| 中文摘要: | 全球范围的经济放缓和金融科技公司的异军突起,使商业银行遭受着从未遇到的危机,金融业再也不是高利润、高壁垒的行业。在新金融业态下,金融服务的方式正在发生改变,金融科技公司因提供更低成本、更广覆盖面和更便捷的金融服务,对传统商业银行作为金融中介这一职能给予了极大的冲击。面对金融科技公司的威胁和新金融时代的要求,传统商业银行纷纷进行了数字化转型。在此背景下,本文通过S银行集团这家百年国际银行的中国分支S银行数字化转型过程中遇到的问题的分析,尝试找出针对这些问题的S银行数字化转型的对策。 S银行集团是一家具有百年历史的英国银行,也是一家世界权威银行,其业务集中在亚洲、非洲、中东及拉丁美洲新兴市场这些经济发展中国家,是欧美大型商业银行中唯一能够在2007年的金融危机中独善其身的银行,但是2015年的巨额亏损,让S银行集团认识到自身的问题,同时也为了跟进整体银行业的数字化趋势,依托金融科技力量进一步提高竞争力,提出了“人性化数字银行”的转型方向。 本文基于上述背景,介绍了集团中国分支S银行在银行业数字化趋势下进行数字化转型遇到的问题,并采用外部坏境分析方法,分析了S银行进行数字化转型的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,分析了针对当前的转型问题S银行应采取的数字化转型对策,提出:加强人力资源管理、提高业务和运营效率、向敏捷架构转型、文化建设及合作的数字化转型的对策。希望S银行在面对日益激烈的金融业竞争中占有一席之地,也希望能对其他传统商业银行的国内分支机构进行数字化转型起到一定的借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The global economic slowdown and the emergence of financial technology companies have caused commercial banks to suffer from unprecedented crises. The financial industry is no longer a high-margin, high-barrier industry. In the new financial industry, the way of financial services is changing. Financial technology companies have greatly impacted the function of traditional commercial banks as financial intermediaries by providing lower cost, wider coverage and more convenient financial services. Faced with the threat of financial technology companies and the requirements of the new financial era, traditional commercial banks have undergone digital transformation. In this context, this thesis attempts to find out the countermeasures for the digital transformation of S-Bank the China branch of S-Bank Group through the analysis of problems encountered during the digital transformation. The S-Bank Group is a 100-year-old British bank and a world-renowned bank. Its business is concentrated in developing countries in Asian, African, Middle Eastern and Latin American. S-Bank Group was the only large commercial bank in Europe and the United States that can survive the financial crisis of 2007. But the huge losses in 2015 made the S-Bank Group realized its own problems. At the same time, in order to follow up the digital trend of the overall banking industry and rely on the financial technology to further enhance its competitiveness, it proposed the transformation direction to become “A digital banking with human touch”. Based on the above background, this thesis introduces the problems encountered by the S-Bank the China branch of S-Bank Group in the digital transformation of the banking industry, and uses the external environment analysis method to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of S-Bank for digital transformation. Analyzes the digital transformation countermeasures that S-Bank should adopt to solve current transformation problems, which are: improving human resource management, improving business and operational efficiency, transforming to agile architecture, cultural construction and cooperation. It’s hoped that S-Bank will have a place in the increasingly fierce competition in the financial industry, and also hoped that it can be used as a bank digital transformation reference for other traditional commercial banks’ China branches. | |
