中文摘要：	伴随着近年来汽车市场的产销量与保有量不断增长，汽车零部件采购趋于全球化，我国汽车零部件产业获得巨大的发展。汽车零部件工业产值年均增速，远高于汽车工业总体增长水平，我国汽车零部件行业体量快速扩大。然而，由于大部分中国汽车零部件企业发展规模不足，尚处于初创期或起步发展阶段，普遍存在技术创新力弱、人才匮乏、供应链管理水平较低等问题，在与国外先进企业的竞争中处于劣势，存在重重挑战。为了更好地应对中国汽车零部件企业所面临的挑战，多年来，产、学、研各领域的相关人士，持续在研究并提出了众多解决之道。其中，大家不约而同都提到了打造卓越供应链的观点。已有文献为我们描绘出一般企业的供应链构建体系框架。但是，对于初创型汽车零部件企业供应链的构建，这样的体系框架或许存在一定的局限性，是否完全匹配和适用于初创型汽车零部件企业，有待研究。 本文选择单一案例的研究方法，对初创型汽车零部件企业CSPV公司进行案例研究。通过大量的直接数据和间接数据的收集，采取了类型对比和建立解释的数据分析方法，针对供应链构建理论的四大方面、12个理论项点进行类比分析。 最终归纳出本文的研究结论，初创型汽车零部件企业与一般企业，在供应链构建体系框架的四个方面中，有3个方面匹配度较高，有1个方面匹配度较低。另外，在供应链构建实施过程中，普遍存在“重硬件、轻软件；重内容、轻形式；重客户端、轻供应商端；重快速实施、轻系统部署”的特点。同时，基于研究结论提出了相应的管理启示，以及研究局限和对未来的展望。
英文摘要：	It was great development of Chinese auto parts industry in the past years which was driven by the continuous growth of the domestic automobile production, ownership and spare parts procurement of globalization. Chinese auto parts industry has expanded rapidly. The auto parts industrial output is higher than the average annual growth rate of the car gross value industrial output. However, most of China's auto parts enterprises development scale is insufficient and is still in its initial or preliminary development stage. The common technology innovation ability of Chinese auto parts industry is weak. We are lack of talent and our supply chain management level is low. Chinese auto parts enterprises independent innovation ability, product core competitiveness, supply chain efficiency is difficult to compete with the foreign advanced enterprise. Our Chinese enterprise faces many challenges. In order to better cope with the challenges faced by China auto parts enterprises, over the years, in the field of manufacturing, institute and research the relevant personage, continues to study and put forward many solutions. Among them, the chorus would talk about construction of excellence supply chain. For our existing literature describes the general enterprise's supply chain construction framework. But for supply chain construction of newly-established automotive parts company, there may be some limitations, such a system framework is an exact match and is suitable for the start-up type auto parts enterprises, it needs to be researched. Selecting a single case study method, this article studied the case of a newly-established automotive parts company CSPV. Through a lot of primary data and secondary data collection, adopted a type comparison and the establishment of interpretation of data analysis method, this article analyzed four aspects of supply chain construction theory and twelve theory points. Finally concludes the research conclusion of this article, the startup type auto parts enterprises and general enterprises, in the four aspects of supply chain system framework, there are three aspects of the matching degree is high, has a matching degree is low. In addition, in the process of building a supply chain, there are several universal existence "treasure hardware, neglect software; treasure content, neglect modality; treasure customer end, neglect supplier end; treasure rapid implementation, neglect systematic deployment ". At the same time, based on the research conclusion, put forward the corresponding management implications, research limitations and the outlook for the future.
