| 中文摘要: | 目前,我国的数字信息资源检索中常用的方法主要包括关键词检索、指定字段检索、追溯法与浏览法。但是在实际操作的过程中,这四种方法往往并不能满足用户多种层次与多样化的信息检索需求。而在当今提倡个性化与尊重人性的时代潮流下,各行各业都已经将最大限度挖掘并满足用户需求,作为自身研发与盈利的根本立足点。图书馆作为提供信息服务的重要机构更加要担负起保证用户信息需求得到满足的责任。在数字信息资源检索的过程中,一方面,信息工作人员要积极挖掘用户的信息需求,另一方面,要与用户充分沟通,使其参与到信息检索的过程中,努力引导用户将自己的信息需求表达出来,即实现信息工作人员与用户的双向交流与反馈,从而保证检索出真正符合用户需求的数字信息资源。另外,需要注意的是,人们的信息需求和人类总体需求同样分为各个需求层次,当一个层次上的需求得到满足后,则会产生另一个更高层次的需求,而这些需求又都是由其社会环境与地位所决定的,因而具有强烈的社会性。因此,在可能的条件下,对于用户的社会背景进行了解将有利于信息检索的实现。鉴于现有检索方法的不足之处,笔者提出NRM检索法,即“需求-资源匹配法”,首次将用户的信息需求引入检索方法的研究中来。通过构建用户需求矩阵与数字信息资源矩阵对需求与资源进行描述,然后在两大矩阵之间建立起相互联系与匹配的桥梁,即检索的途径,这样检索的过程将通过“匹配”得以完成。其中,“匹配”的关键点就在于信息用户与检索者之间进行充分全面的沟通,这也是“需求-资源匹配法”实施的关键,信息用户在这一过程中的参与程度将直接影响检索的效果与效率。而“需求-资源匹配法”则从最大限度满足用户的需求这一目的出发进行检索方法的研究。在对于NRM检索法的具体实施过程进行详细阐述之后,本文通过个人检索的实例对于这一方法进行了验证,并提出今后这一课题的发展展望。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the nowadays, in our country methods of digital information resource retrieval mainly include keyword-based retrieval, appointed-field-based retrieval, retroactivity retrieval, and browsing-based retrieval. But when we come to the actual process, these four methods always can not satisfy all kinds of information retrieval need of our users. Now we always call for individuation and respecting humanity, all walks of life have considered user’s need as their ultimate standpoint of innovation and payoff. Library as a very important institution to offer information service should afford the responsibility to make sure all the users’ information need to be satisfied. In the process of digital information resource retrieval, on the one hand, information missionary should actively dig user’s information need; on the other hand, information missionary should have deep communication with the users, make the users participate in the process of information retrieval, lead all the users to express their information need, that is to realize the bidirectional communication and feedback between information missionary and users, in order to offer the digital information resource just to the users’ need. Moreover, which we should pay great attention to, is that people’s information need is the same as people’s whole need, and can be divided into several need administrative levels. When the need of one administrative level satisfied, a new need on a higher administrative level will come out. All the needs are decided by users’ social background, and have obvious sociality. Therefore, if possible, having fully understanding can help the realization of information retrieval. Herein all the retrieval methods in existence have some shortage. This paper put forward a new retrieval method-“NRM retrieval method”, that is “need-resource matching”, bring user’s information need into the research of retrieval method for the first time. First describe the need and resource as user-need matrix and digital information resource matrix, and then strike up a bridge between the two matrixes, that is “matching”. The key is to make the information missionary and the users to have full communication, and this is the key of “NRM retrieval method”. The information user’s participation can directly influence the result and efficiency of digital information resource retrieval. “NRM retrieval method” is all focused on user’s information need. After describe the actual process of “NRM retrieval method” in details, this paper quote individual retrieval sample to validate this method’s efficiency, and forecast this study’s prospect. | |
