中文摘要: | 项目管理是工程企业管理工作中最重要的组成部分,是工程企业生产经营活动的基础。之所以要进行项目管理,主要是通过这种方式来对工程施工的整个过程进行有效组织与把控,系统地制定计划,妥善协调和控制,保证项目在合同要求的工期中能够按照既定的质量要求顺利完工,保证项目的成功。可以说,项目管理水平也直接决定了企业的管理水平、利润收益以及企业效率水平的具体情况,同时还能够体现企业生产经营的整体水平。 在我国经济飞速进步的背景下,全国多数地区的大型工程项目数量都在持续递增。大型工程项目具有投资规模大、技术要求高、专业化增强、管理难度复杂、建设工期紧、参与方数量多、组织沟通与现场协调困难等特点,很多大型工程建设企业原有的直线职能制组织结构已经无法满足这种项目管理需求。在实际管理过程中为了能够顺利实现项目的质量、成本、安全、进度等目标,应采用科学性、系统性管理方法建立一个以项目为对象的高效管理组织,实现高质量的项目计划、组织、领导和控制,企业扁平化项目管理的组织结构也应运而生。 同时,BIM作为建筑行业新一代的创新技术已经得到各级政府、行业和相关企业的广泛认可与应用,我国“十三五”规划总体思路和战略部署也将BIM作为今后发展的目标之一。在未来相当长的一段时间内,BIM技术都将是建筑行业最为热门的一项研究热点。随着国内外政府和企业的成功应用案例不断出现,可以说BIM技术将会如CAD技术一样,为建筑业的信息化建设与工程项目管理领域带来前所未有的变革,发展前景和经济效益将十分可观。 基于此,本文运用了系统论的观点和方法,研究了BIM技术和扁平化项目管理的组织结构对现代工程项目管理的应用和影响,通过C公司应用BIM对原有直线职能制项目管理组织的颠覆和建立扁平化项目管理组织,结合C公司基于BIM的扁平化项目管理组织与原有项目管理组织的对比和实践的案例,为进一步推进BIM技术与工程实践的融合与研究提供帮助。 | |
英文摘要: | Project management is the most important part of engineering enterprise management and the basis of production and operation activities of engineering enterprises. The purpose of project management is to plan, organize, control and coordinate the construction activities of the project in the whole process, so that the project can achieve the final construction products within the agreed time and approved budget and according to the required quality, so as to make the project succeed. To a large extent, the level of project management reflects not only the level of enterprise management, profit level and efficiency, but also the comprehensive performance of the production and operation of engineering enterprises. With the rapid development of China's economy, large-scale projects invested by various regions are increasing.Large-scale engineering projects have the characteristics of large-scale investment, high-technical requirements,enhanced specialization, limited construction period, complicated management,many participating units, difficult organization, communication and coordination of all parties involved. Many large-scale engineering construction enterprises'original linear or functional organizational structure has been unable to meet this requirement of project management.In order to achieve the quality, cost, safety and progress of the project smoothly in the actual management process, it is necessary to set up a temporary management organization with the project as the object,and use scientific and systematic management methods to plan, organize, lead and control the project efficiently. The organizational structure of flat project management also came as an innovative application. At the same time, as a new generation of innovative technology in the construction industry, BIM has been widely recognized and applied by governments, industries and related enterprises at all levels. The strategic deployment of the 13th Five-Year Plan in ministry of housing and urban-rural development also regards BIM as one of the goals for future development. For a long time in the future, BIM technology is the most popular research hotspot in the construction industry. With the continuous emergence of successful application cases of governments and enterprises at home and abroad, it can be said that BIM technology, like CAD technology, will bring unprecedented changes to the field of information construction and project management in the construction industry.And the development prospects and economic benefits will be considerable. Based on this, this thesis uses the viewpoint and method of system theory to study the significance and influence of BIM technology and flat project management organizational structure on modern project management. Through the case study of flat project management and practice based on BIM of C company, this thesis actively explores the flat project organization of construction which conforms to the current local conditions. The establishment and practical application of project management organization hope to provide help for further promoting the integration and research of BIM technology and engineering practice. | |
