| 中文摘要: | 伴随着基于人工智能、汽车电子、物联网、工业控制、5G通信等行业的大发展,世界对于芯片的需求也快速的增长,但由于芯片的用途越来越多样化,客户的各种需求也是几何倍数的增长,从而对当今的芯片制造企业提出了更高的要求。为了应对市场的变化,实现公司质量第一,客户至上的目标,Z公司天津封装测试厂需要通过对芯片测试流程进行优化以及技术的革新和改进来提高产品的多样化,同时提升品质,降低客户的抱怨率。 本文通过对Z公司封装测试厂的实际生产状况进行分析,以提升客户满意度,降低客户抱怨率为目的,找到了当前在生产中所存在的主要问题,即再整个芯片生产的流程中,各个步骤的半成品库存种类和数量太多,测试效率低下,浪费严重,从而造成了应对客户定制化订单的响应速度很慢,不能有效抵御季节性和突发性客户定制订单的波动等问题。对于以上几个问题,结合了流程管理和库存管理的相关理论对问题点进行了剖析,对流程中存在的问题点进行优化和改善,同时积极的找到技术创新点,将技术创新与流程优化相结合,从技术改善出发,通过深入理解流程优化的理论基础,使技术改善和流程优化相互促进,共同作用,使得芯片测试的优化最大化。经过改善和优化的生产流程大大减少了半成品库存的种类和数量,减轻了生产流程管理和供应链管理的难度,通过改进测试标准和方法,有效的提升了产品的质量和可靠性等级,充分满足了客户对产品的高品质要求和定制化生产需求。 不同于其他研究在于本文是从实际的问题着手,首先联系理论方法进行研究,提出初步的理论解决方案,再以此为基础,通过技术改善和流程优化的互相促进来实现最终问题的解决。而且本文对于客户满意度的提升研究是基于企业本身的战略转型,以实际情况选择提升品质和可靠性的方法。本文的研究有助于公司在降低成本和提升运营效率的同时提高客户的满意度,同时研究成果也对其他相关企业有一定的参考意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the great development of the industries based on artificial intelligence, automotive electronics, Internet of Things, industrial control, 5G communication and so on, the world's demand for chips is also growing rapidly. However, as the use of chips is more and more diversified, the demand of customers is also geometrically multiplied growth, which puts forward a higher level for today's chip manufacturing enterprises. Requirements. In order to cope with the changing market and achieve the goal of quality first and customer first, Z Tianjin Packaging and Testing Plant needs to optimize the chip testing process and technological innovation and improvement to improve product diversification, while improving quality and reducing customer complaints. In order to improve customer satisfaction and reduce customer complaint rate, this thesis analyzes the actual production situation of Z company's packaging and testing plant, and finds out the main problems existing in the current production, that is, in the whole process of chip production, there are too many kinds and quantities of semi-finished products in each step, and the testing efficiency is low. As a result, the response speed to customized orders is very slow and cannot effectively withstand the seasonal and sudden fluctuations of customized orders. For the above problems, combined with the theory of process management and inventory management to analyze the problem points, optimize and improve the problem points in the process, and actively find the technological innovation points, technological innovation and process optimization will be combined, starting from technological improvement, through in-depth understanding of process optimization The theoretical basis makes the technology improvement and process optimization mutually promote and work together to maximize the optimization of chip testing.
