中文摘要:中国加入WTO以来,外资银行逐渐进入中国市场开展各项经营活动,这对中国银行业产生了不断深化的影响。随着中国银行业对外开放的程度不断加大,外资银行在华的经营范围和业务规模也不断扩大,这使得中国成为众多外资银行战略发展的最重要目标市场之一。外资银行逐渐形成在华发展的完善战略体系,以自身独特的优势在中国金融领域的舞台上大放异彩。 近年来,出于战略规划、成本节约、风险控制、提高核心竞争力等原因,金融外包服务已在全球范围内迅速兴起及广泛应用,众多海内外银行、保险、证券、投资等各类金融机构纷纷借助服务外包的推动迅速扩大业务范围,这也使得银行外包服务得以迅速发展。基于战略需求、政策影响、成本控制等多方原因的考量,越来越多的外资银行选择在华建立金融外包服务中心,用于参与和完成来自其它国家和地区的更多种类和范畴的业务。本文选取包括渣打银行在内的外资银行作为研究对象,对其在华建立外包服务中心的背景、动因、趋势以及竞争环境进行了详尽的阐述,并针对外包服务中心在运营中存在的问题展开分析并提出合理化建议。国内外对于金融外包服务企业的研究和分析,大多建立在集团外的第三方企业,而本文研究的渣打银行外包服务中心属于集团内部的子公司,这使得论文的研究更具有创新性和研究价值。 经济全球化以及资本外包的浪潮使得在在华外资银行得到了千载难逢的机会,同时我国境内的商业银行也受到了前所未有的挑战。外资银行需顺应时代要求,分析自身情况,根据机遇和挑战不断调整发展战略,从而保障自身的可持续运营和发展。 
英文摘要:Since China access to WTO, foreign banks have gradually entered the Chinese market to carry out various business activities, which has had a deepening impact on Chinese banking industry. As the increasing degree of opening up of the Chinese banking industry, the scope and scale of business of foreign banks in China are also expanding, making China become as one of the most important strategic target markets of many foreign banks. Foreign banks have gradually formed a perfect strategic system for their development in China, and they have shown their unique advantages in the stage of China's financial sector. In recent years, due to the destination of strategic planning, cost saving, risk control, and improvement of core competitiveness, financial service outsourcing has rapidly emerged and widely applied worldwide. Under the promotion of outsourcing service, many domestic and foreign financial institutions such as banks, insurance, securities and investment, expand the scope of business rapidly, which has also led to the rapid development of banking outsourcing service. Based on considerations of strategic needs, policy impacts, and cost control, more and more foreign banks have chosen to establish financial outsourcing service centers in China to participate in and complete more types and scopes of business from other countries and regions. This paper selects foreign banks including Standard Chartered Bank as the research object, elaborates the background, motivation, trend and competition environment of establishing outsourcing service center in China. Analyzing the problems existing in the operation of outsourcing service centers, and put forward reasonable suggestions. The research and analysis of financial outsourcing service enterprises at home and abroad are mostly focus on third-party enterprises outside the group. The Standard Chartered Bank Outsourcing Service Center studied in this paper belongs to the group's internal subsidiaries, which makes the research of the paper more innovative and valuable. The era of economic globalization and the trend of financial outsourcing provide a rare opportunity for foreign banks to develop in China, and also pose many challenges to the development of foreign banks in China. Foreign banks need to adapt to the requirements of the times, analyze their own situation, and constantly adjust their development strategies according to opportunities and challenges to ensure their sustainable operation and development.
