中文摘要: 在当今全球经济一体化的大背景下,现代企业对新的利润增长点的关注日益强烈,而供应商管理在现代的企业管理中受到越来越多的重视。供应商是大多数制造企业的业务源头,只有管好供应商才能真正的捋顺业务流程,从而提高企业的运营效率和产品竞争力。现代企业在供应链中与供应商的协作比传统企业更为频繁和深入,供应商已经是当今制造业竞争力的关键因素之一,对企业长远发展的影响至关重要。很多企业为了挖掘新的利润增长点,把企业管理的重心逐步转向供应链运营方面。这就使制造企业把供应商管理水平的提升视为提高企业效益的重要手段,这已成为现代企业的主流发展趋势之一。 X公司是我国智能制造行业的领军企业,近年来一直保持较高的发展速度,与此同时近年在企业的管理方面也逐渐显露了一些不足之处。本文依据供应链管理、采购管理以及供应商管理的相关理论,对作者所供职的X公司的供应商管理现状,结合真实的案例和运营数据进行了分析,并且对X公司在供应商管理中客观存在的问题进了概括和阐述。本文通过分析目前X公司的产品构成和供应市场指出,当前X公司改进的重点应该是弥补内部的劣势,即通过科学的方法解决供应商管理方面存在的重点问题。这是促进公司进入正确发展轨道最直接有效的方法。 通过我们对X公司相关案例和数据的分析,在本文,我们把X公司的供应商管理中存在的主要问题概括为:供应商评价机构职能设计不合理;供应商评价指标不合理;供应商评价方法不完善。针对这些存在的问题,我们结合相关的理论,提出了相应的优化方案:首先,根据X公司的业务特点构建矩阵式组织架构,明确职能部门与各事业部的职责分工与协作;然后,确定X公司供应商管理的重点评价指标,并逐项进行解析和阐述;最后,对供应商进行分类管理、区别对待,对供应商进行科学的量化评价。结合X公司的具体案例,本文对新评价方法的实施进行了阐述和分析。 本文力求以供应商管理的理论与X公司的管理实践相结合,切实为X公司解决现实问题,并为同类制造企业提供借鉴。 
英文摘要: Under the background of Global economic integration, modern enterprice pay more attention to the profit point.The supplier is the source of most manufacturers, only manage the suppliers well could makes business going smoothly, and enhance the running efficiency and production competition. Comparing with the traditional companies, the modern enterprises and supplier working together more deeply, the supplier is the key point in the manufacturing industry, and affects the company long-term development.Many companies transfer the focal point from management to supply chain.Enhancing supplier management level is the most important method of manufacturingenterprises to increse the profit and it becomes one of the Mainstream development trends. X company is the leading company of the intelligent manufacturing industry, with high speed development, it exposes the defects. In the article, according to the theory of supply chain and purchasing management and supplier managerment,combain with the cases and datas, the writer analysis X company currently supplier management condition, summarize and descrip the existing problems in the supplier management.In the article, by analysising the production structure and Supply market, the writer pointed out that, in the X company, the key point important of improvment is make up for internal weaknesses, means, through scientific method to solve the important problems which in the supplier management. It is the simply and effcienty method to make company enter the right rail of development. Throgh Analys of the relant projects and datas, we summerize the problems in the X company supplyer management: supplier evaluation institutions function design is not reasonable, unreasonable evaluation index, and imperfect evaluation method .In view of such problems and combining the relevant theories, we propose the corresponding solution: building matrix organization structure, clear the duty between management dept and business dept. After that, confirm the important revolution index of X company supplier management and describe one by one. Finally, classify and treat suppliers differently, and evaluate suppliers scientifically and quantitatively. Combined with the specific case of X company, this paper expatiates on the implementation of the new evaluation methods and analysis. We try to combine the management theory and X company management actions, solve practical problems for X company and provide reference for similar manufacturing enterprises.
