中文摘要: | 随着中国社会、经济的快速发展,女性在赢得更多机会的同时也开始面临更多挑战,单一的知识结构与技能开始举步维艰,生活工作的双重压力、女性特有的角色压力都扑面而来,“全面发展”成为了她们强烈的现实诉求。在生活方式、知识传播途径以及学习手段的不断更新、变化的新形势下,各级妇联组织如何响应新时代党和国家对群团工作提出的新要求,主动作为、大胆创新,服务广大妇女群众,做好女性人力资源培训工作,促进女性全面发展,成为当前妇联工作的重要课题。女性人力资源培训是人力资源培训的重要组成部分,同时又具有明显的特殊性。作为群团组织的妇联如何对其指导、服务对象有效开展人力资源培训工作,正是本文研究的重点。 本文在梳理人力资源管理相关理论的基础上,以T市G区妇联为例,对其女性人力资源培训工作现状与问题进行简要分析,显示出在培训机制、培训需求、培训计划、培训实施、培训评估等诸多方面存在不足之处,整体培训体系有待优化。对此,本文借鉴企业人力资源管理中培训与发展相关理论以及女性人力资源培训相关研究,结合妇联培训工作特点,层层深入,确定体系优化原则与思路,以网络媒介作为构建载体,从管理制度、运行流程、培训要素三方面入手,提出优化建议。 | |
英文摘要: | With the rapid development of China social economy, women are facing not only opportunities but also are confronted with greater challenges. The existing knowledge structure and skills are not enough to meet their career development. The full development of women has become their demand for reality along with the pressure from life, work and their female role. Thus, it’s an important issue for the Women’s Federation at all levels that how to serve all the women and do a good job in female human resources training initiatively and innovatively under the new situation of the constantly updating life-style, route of knowledge communication and learning tools. Women human resources training that is apparently special is a vital part of human resources training. The focus of this paper is for the Women’s Federation how to guide and serve target groups to carry out women human resources training work effectively as a mass organization. This paper, through theoretical overview of human resource management, taking the Women’s Federation of G District in T City as an example, analyzes the problems of women human resources training, which draws a conclusion that the training system needs to be optimized, and there are many deficiencies in training system, training mechanism, training needs, training plan, training implementation, and training evaluation. Hence, this paper, combined the theory of human resources training and development, the research of women human resources training, the feature of training by the Women’s Federation, determines the way and the principle of the optimization, uses network media as the carrier of construction and makes recommendations on management system, operational process and training factors. | |
