中文摘要:近年来,世界各国电动汽车销量逐年攀升,电动汽车成为各大整车企业展开竞争的主舞台,而动力电池作为电动汽车的关键技术领域,从行业和政策的角度都备受重视。在中国汽车工程学会发布的《节能与新能源汽车技术路线图》中,动力电池被单独列为一个重点技术领域,足见其重要性。本文采用专利文献计量的研究方法,分析了动力电池领域当下的专利申请状况和热门研究方向,研究了自主品牌整车企业和国外整车企业在动力电池领域的专利布局状况,提出了基于专利视角提升自主品牌整车企业在动力电池领域竞争力的几点对策。文章从动力电池领域专利的申请状况、动力电池领域专利热门研究方向和整车企业在动力电池领域的专利布局三个方面进行了研究。在动力电池领域专利申请状况方面,主要研究了动力电池领域专利申请概况、动力电池领域专利技术生命周期和动力电池领域优势专利权人。在动力电池领域专利热门研究方向方面,利用社会网络分析法对专利引用网络做以分析得到基于关系角度的热门研究方向,利用专利关键词聚类法得到基于内容角度的热门研究内容,二者综合得到动力电池领域热门研究方向的结果。在整车企业动力电池领域专利布局方面,对比了七家国外整车企业和五家自主品牌整车企业在动力电池领域的专利布局状况。综合以上信息,基于专利布局、专利质量和专利数量的角度,对整车企业在动力电池领域的竞争态势进行综合评价,得到研究结果,基于专利视角,在动力电池领域,有较强专利竞争力的整车企业为丰田汽车和奇瑞汽车,相对处于竞争劣势地位的整车企业为特斯拉、北汽新能源和吉利汽车。通过研究得到结果的分析和深度,文章提出了提升自主品牌整车企业在动力电池领域竞争力的三点对策:一是做好专利战略规划,及时跟踪行业前沿技术方向;二是对专利进行体系化布局,由点及面形成技术优势;三是加强校企合作和企业间的合作,强化技术优势。 
英文摘要:In recent years, electric vehicles have become the main battlefield of the automotive enterprises, and there has been a significant increase in sales of electric vehicles around the world. China has issued a series of policies to encourage the development of the electric vehicle industry. In the Technical Roadmap for Energy-efficient and New Energy Vehicle issued by SAE-China, power batteries are separately listed as a key technical field, which is of great importance. In this paper, patent bibliometrics is used to analyze patent applications and hot research directions in the field of power batteries. Besides, this paper compares and analyzes the layout of the China independent brand automobile enterprises and foreign automobile enterprises in the field of power battery, and puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of the independent brand automobile enterprises in the field of power battery based on the perspective of patent. First of all, this paper studies the status of patent application in the field of power battery, analyzes the status of patent application in the field of power battery in the past ten years, the distribution of superior patentee and the current stage of technology development in this field. Then, the paper analyzes the hot research direction in the field of power battery. The paper makes use of the social network analysis method to analyze the patent citation network to get the hot research direction based on the relation angle, then the patented keyword clustering analysis method is used to obtain the hot research contents based on the content angle, and the results of the hot research directions in the field of power battery are obtained by the combination of the two methods. After that, the patented layout of the twelve vehicle enterprise in the field of power battery is studied. The objects include the superior patentee obtained from the previous analysis of the whole power battery field and the global electric vehicle enterprise leading in sales in recent years. The competitiveness of each vehicle enterprise is analyzed based on the patent measurement index and the hot research direction layout. By synthesizing the analysis results of the above parts, the paper puts forward three countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of the China independent brand vehicle enterprises in the field of power battery. First, vehicle enterprises should make a good patent strategic plan, track the frontier technical direction of the industry in time. Second, vehicle enterprises need to systematize the distribution of patents, from point and surface to form technical advantages. Third, vehicle enterprises need to strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and strengthen the technological advantages.
