中文摘要：	随着中国经济的快速发展，中国企业的管理水平及国际竞争力不断提高，越来越多的中国企业正在积极主动的参与到全球化的经济浪潮之中。2016年，中国对外投资流量达到1961.5亿美元，蝉联全球第二位。2017年中国对外直接投资1582.9亿美元，位居全球第三位。与此同时，至2016年底，中国企业对外承包工程累计签订合同18156.6亿美元，完成营业额12486.5亿美元，累计派出各类劳务人员802万。2017年，中国对外承包工程业务完成营业额11382.9亿元人民币，派出各类劳务人员52.2万人。2018年上半年，中国对外承包工程业务完成营业额6160.4亿元人民币，派出各类劳务人员30.9万人。从这些庞大的数据不难看出，在中国企业走出去的过程中，对外工程项目建设扮演了举足轻重的角色。而由于缺乏科学合理的风险管理机制，部分中国企业在承接海外工程项目的过程中蒙受了一系列不必要的损失，因此，加强对中国企业海外工程项目风险管理的研究就极其重要。 Z公司是中国少数较早走出去的企业之一，其业务主要是以承接海外节能发电的总包工程项目为主。在走出去的过程中，也是由于海外工程项目的风险管理能力不足，Z公司曾一度付出了高昂的代价。因此，项目风险管理研究已成为公司的重中之重。本文将通过文献研究法和专家访谈法筛选出Z公司执行过的十大典型海外工程项目，并以此作为研究对象，通过调研相关的历史数据、走访相关专家并结合相关的理论方法对Z公司海外工程项目的管理现状及风险管理所存在的问题进行研究分析，系统性的对Z公司海外工程项目进行风险识别、风险评估、风险应对和风险监控四个方面的研究，旨在通过对风险管理的研究为Z公司在海外市场的可持续发展提供一定程度上的借鉴。
英文摘要：	As the rapid development of Chinese economy, the management level and international competitiveness of Chines enterprises has been improved greatly, more and more Chines enterprises have positively participated in global economy.The outward investment flow of China in 2016 reaches 196.15 billion US dollars, be the second of the world. The outward investment flow of China in 2017 reaches 158.29 billion US dollars, be the third of the world. Meanwhile, the accumulative contract amount of oversea projects till end 2016 undertaken by Chinese enterprises is 1815.66 billion US dollars with total turnover 1248.65 billion US dollars, and total contract labors work abroad is about 8.02 million. The total turnover of oversea projects till 2017 undertaken by Chinese enterprises is 1138.29 billion RMB and total contract labors work abroad is about 522 thousand. In the first half year of 2018, the total turnover of oversea projects undertaken by Chinese enterprises is 616.04 billion RMB and total contract labors work abroad is about 309 thousand. The data shows, oversea engineering project does plays an important role during going abroad strategy of Chinese enterprises. Due to lack scientific and reasonable risk management system, some Chinese enterprises have suffered a series of unnecessary loss during oversea project execution. So, it is so important to enhance the research on project risk management of Chinese enterprises. Z company is one of the minority Chines enterprises who undertaken oversea project earlier, the main business of Z company is oversea energy conservation projects mainly in EPC contract. Z company had paid a lot for oversea engineering projects due to weak risk management ability. Therefore, project risk management has played an important role in Z company. This thesis seeks out ten typical oversea projects by Z company through literature reviewing and expert interviewing method as the object of study. It analyzes the current project management status and disadvantages existed in project risk management by Z company through research on historical data, interviewing relative experts and combining with theoretical method, and makes a systematic analysis and research on risk identification, risk assessment, risk response and risk monitoring of these projects. Through the completely analysis and research on risk management to provide Z company with reference in some degree on the sustainable development of oversea market.
