中文摘要：	BI（Business Intelligence）即商务智能，是一套完整的解决方案，用来将企业中现有的数据进行有效整合转化为知识，以辅助业务经营决策，可以是战术层和战略层的决策。BI系统对于企业作用是显而易见的，但实际情况确是企业在实施BI系统的时候并不是一帆风顺的，有些企业在BI方面进行了巨额的软硬件及人力投资并未能给企业带来预期的管理效益提升，有关统计显示70%的BI系统建设并不成功。不成功的原因除了不具备建设BI系统建设的基础和条件外，更多的问题是出在了需求不清和业务规划方面，再有就是在项目管理方面存在着不足。 本文将从集团型企业BI项目的业务规划和项目实施管理两个方面进行研究。在研究开始之前，将对BI项目的相关理论依据进行回顾，包括BI与ERP、绩效管理与决策理论、财务理论以及项目管理理论等。 研究集团型BI项目实施规划过程进行。首先，对集团型BI项目的特点、建设的背景以及BI项目需求调研的过程进行研究；然后，在需求的基础上基于业务特点，对如何建立BI系统的分析体系进行研究；最后，研究BI项目的实施策略、数据整合和BI工具的选取等内容。 研究BI项目实施过程中项目管理，按项目不同阶段和不同知识领域进行研究，研究如何在项目管理过程中开展各项工作以提高BI项目的成功率。案例分析部分，将在前面研究的基础上，对Z集团BI项目的实施案例进行研究，以验证前面研究的有效性，并分析此案例实施过程中存在的优点和不足。 最后，得出本文的研究结论。BI项目的成功需要以业务为导向做好BI项目的需求和规划工作，良好的项目管理是BI项目能够建设成功的重要因素，BI项目需要组织因素的支持，要重视知识转移和人才的培养。本文的主要创新点是从管理视角去看BI项目的业务规划，从项目角度去分析BI项目的成功因素，在研究的时候综合利用了所学的各学科知识。本文研究受限于个人知识水平，对战略和BI系统的关系阐述不足，项目管理方面对BI项目建设的针对性仍需提高。
英文摘要：	BI (Business Intelligence) is a complete solution for transforming existing data in an enterprise into knowledge to assist business decision-making. It can be a tactical and strategic decision. The role of BI system for enterprises is obvious, but the actual situation is that enterprises are not smooth in implementing BI systems. Some enterprises have invested huge amounts of hardware, software and human resources in BI and failed to bring expected management to enterprises. The efficiency has improved, and statistics show that 70% of the BI system construction is not successful. In addition to the lack of foundations and conditions for building a BI system, the more unsuccessful reasons are due to unclear requirements and business planning, and there are deficiencies in project management. This thesis will study the business planning and project implementation management of the group enterprise BI project. Before the start of the research, the relevant theoretical basis of the BI project will be reviewed, including BI and ERP, performance management and decision theory, financial theory and project management theory. Study the group BI project implementation planning process. Firstly, the characteristics of the group BI project, the background of the construction and the process of BI project demand research are studied. Then, based on the demand, based on the business characteristics, how to establish the analysis system of the BI system is studied. Finally, the BI project is studied. Implementation strategies, data integration, and selection of BI tools. Study the project management during the implementation of the BI project, conduct research according to different stages of the project and different knowledge areas, and study how to carry out various tasks in the project management process to improve the success rate of the BI project. In the case analysis section, based on the previous research, the implementation case of the Z Group BI project will be studied to verify the effectiveness of the previous research, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of this case. Finally, the conclusions of this paper are drawn. The success of BI projects needs to be business-oriented to meet the needs and planning of BI projects. Good project management is an important factor in the success of BI projects. BI projects need the support of organizational factors, and we must pay attention to knowledge transfer and talent cultivation. The main innovation of this paper is to look at the business plan of BI project from the perspective of management, analyze the success factors of BI project implementation from the perspective of project, and comprehensively utilize the knowledge of each subject in the research. The research in this paper is limited by the level of personal knowledge, and the relationship between strategy and BI system is insufficient. The project management aspect needs to be improved for the construction of BI project.
