| 中文摘要: | 本文以儿科医生作为研究对象,从个体和环境两方面探讨在线医疗社区知识共享的影响因素。本文研究在线医疗社区知识共享行为的影响因素,对促进在线医疗社区的知识共享行为具有一定的指导意义。 本研究的主要内容有以下几方面: 第一,对现有的研究进行回顾和梳理,阐述了研究背景提出研究问题,对现有文献进行总结归纳,明确相关的研究概念和理论,分析社会认知理论和需求层次理论在儿科医生在线医疗社区知识共享行为影响因素研究中应用的可行性,为后续影响因素的提出和模型构建奠定理论基础。 第二,开展实证研究,运用内容分析方法,利用NVivo11软件对访谈文本进行开放性编码,在其基础上进行分类归纳、分析提炼寻找可以解释各部分数据的抽象概念,最后对访谈文本中儿科医生在线医疗社区知识共享存在的问题进行总结。 第三,通过对访谈文本的分析,以社会认知理论和需求层次理论为理论基础,对影响儿科医生在线医疗社区知识共享行为的因素做出总结。 本文的创新主要体现在以下几个方面:第一,从本文的研究主题来看,本文主要面向在线医疗社区的知识共享,基于社会认知理论和需求层次理论,结合调查对象的访谈文本分析,提出了影响因素并构建了在线医疗社区知识共享行为影响因素的理论模型,进一步丰富了知识共享理论。结合健康信息学和知识共享理论,研究主题具有一定的新颖性。第二,从本文的研究内容来看,将社会认知理论和需求层次理论引入到儿童健康的医疗知识共享研究中,可以更好的体现出知识共享的丰富性和互动性,对儿科医生在线医疗社区知识共享主要影响因素进行全面分析和检验。第三,从本文的研究结果来看,有助于社会认知理论和需求层次理论的进一步发展,在知识共享方面发展更多应用空间。研究结果证明基于个人需求的激励机制、对知识共享的认知因素、环境因素等与实际工作中的知识共享行为有直接关系,验证了基于社会认知理论和需求层次理论的观点和实际知识共享行为存在直接关系。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The paper chooses pediatricians for the study. This paper discusses the influencing factors of knowledge sharing in online medical community from two aspects: personal and environmental. This work studies the affective factors of knowledge sharing in online medical community. It is instructively important for encouraging the knowledge sharing behavior in online medical community. The main research contents of the paper are as follows: Firstly, a review and categorization of the existing studies is conducted, research background is described and research theme is determined. By summarizing relevant references, the research concepts and theories are explicated. The paper aims to study the affective factors of pediatricians’ knowledge sharing behavior in online medical community, and the feasibility of application of social cognitive theory and demand hierarchy theory is analyzed. The feasibility analysis provides theoretical basis for the proposal of affecting factors and the building of model. Secondly, an empirical study is applied. Based on content analysis method, the interview texts are then open coded using NVivo11 software. Afterwards, categorical reduction and analysis is applied on the data to extract abstract concepts that can explain the data. The paper also summarizes the problems in pediatric knowledge sharing in online medical community presented in the interview texts. Thirdly, with analysis of interview texts, the factors affecting the knowledge sharing of pediatricians in online medical community are concluded based on social cognition theory and demand hierarchy theory. The innovations of this paper lie in the following three aspects. Firstly, to the research theme, the paper focuses on the knowledge sharing of online medical community, proposes its affective factors and puts forward a theoretical model based on theory of social cognition and demand hierarchy, with analysis of interview texts. It further enriches the theory of knowledge sharing. Engaging the theory of health informatics with knowledge sharing brings novelty to the paper. Secondly, to the research content, the introduction of social cognition theory and demand hierarchy theory into the research of pediatric knowledge sharing better reflects the richness and interactivity of knowledge sharing. The primary factors of pediatric knowledge sharing in online medical community are comprehensively analyzed. Thirdly, to the research results, the paper helps to further develop social cognition theory and demand hierarchy theory and broaden their application range in knowledge sharing. The results show that the incentive policies based on individual needs, the cognition of knowledge sharing and environmental factors have great impact on knowledge sharing behavior in practice. Furthermore, the results indicate positive relationship between concepts based on social cognition, demand hierarchy theory and knowledge sharing behavior in practice. | |
