| 中文摘要: | 在当今知识经济时代背景下,企业之间的竞争愈加激烈,企业之间最核心的竞争力是人才的竞争力,纵观全球各大优秀的竞争力出众的公司,均具备着出色的团队与大量优秀的人才,人才的培养在企业发展中占据十分重要的地位。F公司是一个全球知名的青少儿英语培训品牌在天津地区的加盟机构,在天津从2001年创立发展至今已有17年,创立之初的几年间,正是国内青少儿英语培训市场从萌芽到发展的关键时期,F公司是天津当地为数不多的行业内规模较大的公司,一定程度上也引领了天津本地的学生及家长接受先进英语教育模式的潮流,随着天津当地青少儿英语品牌的不断涌入,F公司的外部竞争环境变得异常激烈,F公司的先入者优势慢慢开始下滑,多元化的市场格局致使客户开始分流,F公司的竞争力面临下滑,人才的流动也开始加速,出现了大量人才的流失,F公司的培训体系处于初级阶段,销售部门是核心业务部门,也是团队成员数量最大的部门,同时也是人员流动和人才流失最严重的部门。本文以F公司销售部培训体系为研究对象,通过对销售部培训体系现状的分析,指出培训体系存在的问题,提出有效的优化对策,为其构建一个高效的培训体系,以利于公司的发展。 本文首先回顾了人力资源相关的培训理论,采用了问卷调查法,访谈法,对F公司销售部培训体系的问题进行了分析,指出培训体系存在如下问题:公司管理者对培训不重视,培训需求不合理,培训计划不科学,讲师水平参差不齐,培训课程单一,培训效果不理想。对这些问题进一步进行系统归类,主要是以下三个方面的问题:培训体系的制度层面,培训体系的资源层面,培训体系的运作层面。在此基础上,结合培训体系相关理论,结合F公司以及销售部实际情况,分别从制度层,资源层,运作层进行优化设计。最后,分析论述了优化设计后的培训体系如何进行实施保障。 本文的研究目的旨在以培训理论为基础,分析F公司销售部培训体系的关键问题,提出优化设计方案以及实施保障,建立科学完善的培训体系,从而提高F公司的企业竞争力,并力图为相关企业提供有益借鉴。 关键词:F公司销售部;培训体系;现状分析;优化设计;实施保障 | |
| 英文摘要: | Under nowadays backgrounds of knowledge economics, the competition between companies is more fiercely than before. The core of competition is personnel. Observe the outstanding companies in the global world, we could find the excellent teams and a big number of talents are the essential for the competition. People development takes a great place during the development of the companies. Company F is a global famous young children’s English training joining organization, which is located in Tianjin. The company is already 17 years since it’s foundation from 2001. It was the critical development time for domestic young children’s English training market; company F is one of few companies for the industry which have a big scale in Tianjin local market. From certain point of view, it has leaded the trend that the students and their parents accept the modern English education model. With other similar education brands emerging in Tianjin, companies F have to face the competition more and more fiercely. The advantages of their early starting is dropping, the customers will choose to go to other organizations under diversified market structure, the ability of competition of company F is dropping and the rate of people turn over is increasing. The training system of company F is in the primary stage, sales department is core departments of the business with biggest number of people in the company, meanwhile it is the biggest department for people flowing and losing. Studying the sales training system is the objective of this article, analyzing the current situation of sales training system, to point out the problem existed; provide the effective optimize solutions, set up a training system with high efficiency, which is helpful for the development of the company. First of all the relevant training theories of human resources have been reviewed in this article, the method of survey and interview has been taken. Analyzed the training system of sales department, following problem have been raised: the managers do not pay attention to the training, the demand of training is not reasonable, the plan of training is not scientific, the level of trainers is different, the training course is simple, the result of training cannot reach the expectation. Further sorting these problems by categories, problems were focused on below three aspects: the principle of training system, the resources of training system, and the implementation of training system. Base on this, connected relevant training theory and the real situation of sales of company F, optimizing the design from principle, resources and implementation. At last, discuss how to guarantee the implementation of the optimized training system. The studying purpose this article is to use the training theory as basic, analysis the critical problem of sales training system of company F, raise the optimizing design solutions and implementation guarantee, set up fully scientific training system, so as to improve the ability of competition of Company F and provide helpful study for relevant companies.
