中文摘要：	九十年代初期，随着上海证券交易所与深圳证券交易所的成立，我国的证券公司也随之产生，证券行业伴随着资本市场的快速发展，证券公司成为资本市场重要的见证者与参与者，证券行业也成为国民经济中不可获取的一部分。但是，时至今日，我国证券行业发展还是相对不规范、不均衡，并且财富管理业务之间的竞争异常激烈，这就促使整个证券行业金融产品的研发与设计成本变高，与此同时，要想服务进行差异化，必须要引进大量的专业投资顾问以及分析师，人力成本也逐渐变高，进而导致所有证券公司财富管理业务的收入下降，如何让财富管理业务在行业当中占有领先地位成为证券公司首要问题，避免价格战，是我国证券行业财富管理业务所面临的一个重要的管理难题。 本文运用财富管理的相关理论，分析华泰证券财富管理业务现状以及业务流程，运用SWOT分析法对华泰证券财富管理业务进行内部环境分析，提出华泰证券财富管理业务存在的问题，根据问题以及原因，利用好自己存量用户资源，寻找高净值客户，制定相应的投资方案，提供给这些客户群体，并根据客户需求为客户提供投资策略建议，设计资产配置方案，匹配相关金融产品，从而达到公司与客户双赢的局面，实现华泰证券财富管理业务优化的目的，制定财富管理业务优化方案，并以此列出相应优化方案的实施措施。对华泰证券财富管理业务优化研究，对于证券行业以及相关金融机构的财富管理有着一些借鉴意义和现实意义。

With the rapid development of the capital market, securities companies have become important witnesses and participants in the capital market, and the securities industry has become an inaccessible part of the national economy. . However, up to now, the development of China's securities industry is still relatively non-standard and unbalanced, and the competition between wealth management business is extremely fierce, which makes the whole securities industry financial product R&D and design costs become higher. At the same time, in order to differentiate services, we must introduce a large number of professional investment considerations. Ask analysts, the cost of manpower has gradually become higher, which has led to a decline in the income of all securities companies wealth management business, how to make wealth management business in the industry to take the lead has become the primary issue of securities companies, to avoid price wars, China's securities industry is facing an important management of wealth management business.
