中文摘要：	制造业是国民经济的主体。我国的制造业的发展已经有了一定的基础，但是和欧美发达国家相比还有较大差距。现阶段，传统制造型企业大规模批量化生产的模式已经不能满足消费者日益增长的个性化服务的需求。制造型企业的发展需要提供个性化的订制产品，为顾客提供系统化的解决方案，实现产品的高附加值。随着客户需求的多样化，非标产品的比例也在逐年增加。更好的应对非标产品在合同处理阶段的问题，提高合同处理的效率，对于加强制造型企业的竞争力有着现实的意义。 业务流程优化理论（BPI）和获取竞争优势理论（ACE）都可以通过对流程的梳理、分析和改进来保持企业竞争力，达到提高效率、优化质量、降低企业运营成本的目的。本文对两种理论进行了应用，并在尝试实践中检验实施方案的效果。 本文以奥的斯电梯泰达工厂合同工程部门为例，对此部门的流程管理特点、现状进行了详细的分析。针对合同工程部内部的非标确认流程和非标设计流程在实际运行过程中的问题，综合运用业务流程优化理论和获取竞争优势理论进行了一系列的改进活动。对具体问题采用对应的解决方案。方案实施后通过对流程改进结果的长期跟踪，确认了流程改进的效果，最终达到了提高流程客户满意度和提高流程效率等目的。 本文对流程优化理论和获取竞争优势理论在实际应用中进行了尝试性的结合，以期能更有效的发现流程中的问题，寻找改进的方案。通过在实际流程改进中的应用和后续的跟踪，针对奥的斯电梯泰达工厂合同工程部的改进方案具有良好的应用价值。针对流程优化采取的改进活动对于相关类型的企业有着积极的借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	The manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy. Although China's manufacturing industry has laid a firm foundation, there is still a gap between the developed countries. Nowadays, the large-scale mass production model of traditional manufacturing enterprises cannot meet the needs of consumers' personalized requirements. Providing individualized customized products and systematic solutions, achieving high added value of products have become the direction of manufacturing enterprises. As the demand of customers diversifies, the proportion of non-standard products are also increasing year by year. Better dealing with the problems of non-standard products in the contract processing stage and improving the efficiency of contract processing have practical significance for strengthening the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises. The business process improvement theory (BPI) and Achieving Competitive Excellence theory（ACE） can maintain the competitiveness of the enterprise through the combing, analysis and improvement of the process, to achieve the purpose of improving efficiency, optimizing quality and reducing the operating cost of the enterprise. The two theories are used and tested the effects in practice. The paper takes the contract engineering department of TEDA factory in OTIS elevator as an example, and introduces characteristics，status of the process management in detail. A series of improvement activities are carried out based on the business process optimization theory and ACE theory specific to deviation solution process and non-standard contract design process in contract engineering. After the implementation of the solutions and a long-term tracking of the process improvement results, the effect of process improvement is confirmed. The goal such as improving process customer satisfaction and improving process efficiency is achieved. The BPI and ACE theory are combined in the tentative research. Through the application in the actual process improvement and follow-up tracking, a good application value has been found in the practice of contract engineering department of TEDA factory in OTIS elevator. The improvement activities for process optimization have positive reference for related types of enterprises.
