| 中文摘要: | 企业要想在这波诡云谲的经济大潮中立于不败之地,离不开对未来敏锐的洞察力和企业战略管理。通过战略的规划和实施,可以提高企业的运行效率和竞争力,让企业在这经济快速发展并且竞争日益激烈的时代建立起科学、现代化、可持续发展的管理体系。战略规划作为现代企业的先进管理制度,已经受到我国企业界的广泛关注,是保证企业实现可持续发展的重要保障。但是就如何根据企业的实际情况制定战略规划,是ZT化工有限公司亟待解决的问题,也是民营企业脱离粗放式的管理方式,向精细化管理逐渐迈进的过程。 论文从行业的外部环境分析开始,通过研究全球的聚酰亚胺产业发展概况,发现中国聚酰亚胺产业出现了生产技术落后、产品附加价值低、专利布局不合理、供需缺口大以及国内聚酰亚胺材料未形成产业化的问题。然后结合ZT化工企业自身的发展概况,通过PEST和SWOT分析,归纳出企业面临的外部机遇和挑战、内部优势和劣势,以及企业在发展过程中面临的瓶颈,主要是产业链断层、融资难、缺乏高端技术人才、产业化滞后四方面。基于内外部分析,企业从自身的使命、愿景出发,制定出公司未来的战略目标:ZT化工要聚焦高附加值产品的研发和制造,凭借技术持续创新打造核心竞争力,利用产业纵向整合打通产业链,借助开拓国际市场提高行业地位和品牌影响力,坚持绿色、智能化生产实现企业的可持续发展,最终实现企业相关多元化的业务发展战略。鉴于公司目前的内部资源有限,总体战略应该分阶段分步骤去实现。第一是聚焦于高附加值价值的产品研发,形成核心竞争力。第二是实施技术创新战略,扩大产品规模和市场占有率。第三是产业后向一体化战略,打通产业链。第四是市场多元化发展战略。最后论文给出了战略实施的具体举措和保障措施,从业务发展和职能管控两方面加以落地实施。论文共计图5个,表1个,参考文献30篇。 | |
| 英文摘要: | If a modern enterprise want to remain invincible in this rapidly changing economic world, they should depend on the keen insight and strategic management. By means of strategic planning and implementation, the enterprise can improve the efficiency and competitiveness, also can establish a scientific, sustainable and modern management system in this increasingly fierce competition era. As a modern enterprise management system, the strategic planning has received extensive attention of many entrepreneurs, it is the most important guarantee of sustainable development of enterprise. However, how to make strategic planning according to the actual situation of the enterprise is an urgent problem for ZT chemical Co., Ltd. It is also a process for private enterprises to break away from extensive management mode gradually and moving into the fine management decade. Begin with the analysis of the external environment of industry, by studying the development of all the global PI industry, the thesis finds out that China's PI industry has many problems, for example production technology is backward, the additional value of products is lower, the patent layout is unreasonable, and the gap between supply and demand is very big. Then based on the development situation of ZT Co., Ltd., by analysis methods of PEST and SWOT, summarized the opportunities、challenges, advantages and disadvantages of enterprise, as well as the bottlenecks of enterprises in the development process mainly including the industrial chain fault, financing difficulties, the lack of high-end technical personnel, and production lag. Based on the analysis of its own mission and vision, ZT has make the company strategic objectives that is ZT will focus on the research and development of the high value-added products, by the technology innovation to build the core competitiveness, through developing the international market to improve the position and influence, finally realize the related and diversified business development strategy. Based on the limited internal resources of the ZT Company at present, the overall strategy should be implemented in stages and steps. Firstly is to focus on research and development of high value-added products to form core competitiveness. Secondly is to implement the strategy of technological innovation to expand product scale and market share. Thirdly is with the help of industrial backward integration strategy to get through industrial chain. Fourthly is to realize the diversification development strategy. Finally, the thesis concludes the specific measures and safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy, which are implemented from two aspects of business development and functional control.
