中文摘要：	已经在国外发展多年的第三方物流，近十年在国内兴起并发展。目前国内发展与国外相比较为落后，其中主要原因之一是缺乏成熟的物流管理系统。第三方物流信息系统作为现代物流信息系统的典型应用，必然体现现代物流信息系统的基本功能，但由于第三方物流具合同导向、联盟关系、个性化物流服务等特点，第三方物流信息系统应更重视WEB、GIS和GPS技术的应用，更重视接口设计的灵活性，以对客户提供更好地综合物流服务。与此同时，第三方物流企业迫切需要在信息技术应用、流程的优化、功能模块构建、系统实施等方面有新的理论指导，而不是只停留在概念认知层面，需要在系统深层次的第三方物流运作实践研究。 有鉴于此， 本文分析第三方物流行业特征和服务内容，从用户需求的角度出发揭示第三方物流信息系统功能特点，在此基础研究第三方物流信息系统基本功能架构。本文在完成第三方物流信息系统基本功能理论研究后，导入盛唐物流案例。首先，通过盛唐物流业务形态和企业战略分析，进行系统功能需求定位，勾勒出系统总体框架。其次，研究系统模块调用和信息流动的方式，设计入库、出货、盘点、库存管理等系统流程方案。再次，构建包含一级功能模块、二级功能模块、三级功能模块在内的较为全面的系统功能框架。接着，针对信息技术和物流系统的集成，设计手持式输入终端HHS和VPN组网信息技术应用方案。最后理论与实践相对比，归纳盛唐第三方物流信息系统实施效果和不足。 本文通过对第三方物流信息系统特点、框架、系统流程、功能设计、技术应用的研究，提供给读者一个完整的信息系统功能框架。有利于第三方物流企业主动把握信息化建设的广度和深度，达到降低风险，节约建设成本的目的。有利于第三方物流企业顺利实现信息技术和信息系统的集成，提高企业管理效率。有利于第三方物流企业准确把握行业特征，培育企业核心竞争力。
英文摘要：	Third Party Logistics，with dozens of years’ improvement in the foreign countries，has been introduced and developed into domestic in 1ast ten years . It is relatively laggard in domestic; one of the major aspects is the lack of mature 1ogistic management system. Third-party logistics information system as the modern logistics information system's application, manifests the basic functions of logistics information systems inevitably, However, due to 3PL features such as contract guidance, alliance relations, personalization service, 3PL information system should be more emphasis on WEB, GIS and GPS technology, more emphasis on interface design flexibility to provide customer better comprehensive logistics services. Meanwhile, the urgent need for third-party logistics companies is the new theory instruction in the information technology applications, process optimization, construction of functional modules, rather than just stays in the concept cognition level, the need in deep-rooted operation practice research. In view of above, this thesis analyses 3PL industry characteristic and service content, induces 3PL information system characteristic through what users need, then takes 3PL function research. After conducting 3PL function research, the thesis takes ShanXi ShengTang Logistics Distribution Co., Ltd as an example. First, through service shape and strategy analysis, carries on the system function demand localization, outlines the system overall frame. Next, researches the ways of system module and information working, then designs system flow plans such as warehousing, shipping, inventorying, stock management and so on. Third, builds a more comprehensive system function frame that contains the first-level functional module, the second-level functional module, and the third-level functional module. Then, in view of information technology and logistics system's integration, designs HHS and VPN information technology application plans. Finally concludes the strengths and weaknesses of information systems by contrasting theory with practice. This thesis is that the author describes the third party information system's management focus，framework, the system flow, functional design, technical applications, which can provide a typical model for the practical construction of third-party logistics enterprise. This thesis is in favor of third-party logistics companies to take the initiative to grasp the breadth and depth of information built, reducing risk, saving construction costs. This thesis is beneficial to third-party logistics enterprises to have a smooth implementation of information technology and information systems integration, improving the efficiency of enterprise management. This thesis is beneficial to third-party logistics enterprises to have an accurate grasp of the characteristics of the industry, cultivating core competitiveness of enterprises.
