| 中文摘要: | 在国内经济高速持续增长的推动下,中国财产保险业近年来迸发出了巨大的发展活力,随着主体数量的不断扩充,行业竞争日趋激烈。Z公司作为尚处于创业阶段的小型财产保险主体,在发展过程中面临着一系列的挑战与变化,如何实现又好又快成长,在与同类型主体的角逐中脱颖而出,成为了公司起步发展过程中最为关切的问题,希望借以本文的研究对公司未来竞争战略的选择和实施有所帮助。 本文立足于行业和企业实际,运用迈克尔·波特的竞争战略理论、五力模型、价值链以及战略资源和核心能力等理论对Z公司进行深入剖析,通过五个章节的内容,针对其竞争战略的相关内容展开系统的研究,以期对提升Z公司经营管理水平和业务发展能力有所帮助。文章分别使用SWOT工具总结企业自身优劣势、发展的机遇以及面临的挑战,使用PEST模型介绍财产保险行业的一般环境,利用战略分组、五力分析等工具描述产业竞争环境,在介绍公司发展历程与内部环境现状的同时,对现有价值链、战略资源与核心能力进行识别。在分析企业内外部环境的基础上,提出了企业的战略目标,并根据特色化的“五五战略”目标给出依据,同时陈述了战略作用。通过聚焦区域集中、客户集中、业务集中等几个关键维度,从集中化与广泛化、低成本与差异化的战略中选择适合企业未来经营发展的有效路径,并就企业最终确定的竞争战略所面临的市场风险与防范措施展开针对性的论述。与此同时,通过系统分析影响企业价值链的驱动因素和重点对策,明确未来战略资源和核心能力的开发方向与任务,对企业竞争战略内部层次的构建进行全面的说明。 整体来看,企业构建的价值链能够支撑竞争战略,资源和能力情况匹配发展规划目标。本文在结论中明确了集中低成本的战略选择,在未来公司将通过价值链的不断优化、战略资源和核心能力的持续构建与开发,逐步提升核心竞争实力,进而实现健康可持续发展,同时以期对其他同类型公司的战略选择起到一定的参考和借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Under the impetus of rapid and sustained growth of domestic economy, the Chinese property insurance industry has burst into a great development in recent years. As the number of subjects continues to expand, industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce. As a small property insurance entity still in the startup stage, Z Company faces a series of challenges and changes in the development process. How to achieve a good and fast growth and to stand out from the competition with the same type of company become the company's most concerned issue at the initial stage. I hope that the research in this thesis will help the selection and implementation of the company's future competitive strategy. Based on the reality of industry and enterprise, this thesis applies Michael Porter's theory of Competitive Strategy, Five-Force Model, Value Chain Model, Strategic Resources and Core Competence to deeply analyze Z Company’s competence strategy. With five chapters’ systematic study, I hope it can help to improve Z Company's management and business development capabilities. This thesis uses SWOT Analysis to enumerate advantages and disadvantages of the company itself and opportunities for further development and challenges it faces. It also uses the PEST Model to introduce the general environment of the property insurance industry, and uses the Strategic Grouping and Five-Force Model to describe the industry competition environment. On the basis of analyzing the internal and external environment of the enterprise, the strategic objectives of the enterprise are put forward and demonstrated by the characteristic “five-five-strategy” goal. At the same time, importance of strategy is also stated in this thesis. With focusing on several key dimensions, including leading regional, professional leading, service leading and product innovation, an effective path suitable for future development of the company is chosen from the strategies of centralization and extensive, low cost and differentiation. And then, market risks and preventive measures faced by the proposed Competition Strategy are studied discussed. Meanwhile, through systematic analysis of enterprise value chain, driving factors and key countermeasures, existing and future strategic resources and core competencies are identified and corresponding development countermeasures are recommended and a comprehensively explain the internal level of corporate competitive strategy is also given. As a whole, the value chain constructed by the enterprise can support the competition strategy, and the resources and capabilities match the development planning goals. In conclusion, this thesis finally chooses the Centralized Low-cost Strategy as Z Company’s competence strategy. In future, the company will gradually improve its core competitiveness through continuous optimization of the value chain, continuous construction and development of strategic resources and core capabilities, and finally achieve healthy and sustainable development. It is also hoped that this thesis can also provide reference for other companies of the same type. | |
