中文摘要:作为先辈传承下来的丰厚遗产,中国传统文化的积淀与积累步伐非常缓慢,影响非常深远。在中国传统文化系统中,以儒家、道家、兵家与法家思想与文化形态最为典型,影响最为深远。企业必须学会借鉴,学习古代的优良传统文化,并在日常工作管理中加以传承与创新。随着我国国民经济的不断发展,人们生活水平不断提高,对企业产品与企业服务的要求越来越高,企业参与市场竞争所面临的竞争越来越激烈。未来,中国传统文化的研究将会越来越深入,其与企业管理课题的融合将成为未来一个发展趋势,需要得到社会各界的关注与重视。 本文研究采用多种方法交叉应用的方式,通过图书馆、书店、互联网数据库等多种渠道,大量收集与传统文化、企业管理、激励、薪酬绩效等相关的资料,并以江西省萍乡市迪尔化工填料有限公司为实际案例,探讨中国传统文在企业管理中应用中存在的问题及其原因,研究发现,中国传统文化历江西省萍乡市迪尔化工填料有限公司管理中的应用,中国传统文化因素对我国现代企业管理的影响尤其深远。江西省萍乡市迪尔化工填料有限公司的企业管理中引入传统文化后,取得了一定的成效。诸如:法家思想的融入让企业的精细化管理得到进一步的发展与改善,为企业带来了一定的经济效益。自古以来,中国传统文化的价值都是无法衡量的,在我国中小企业的公司管理中的应用是具有一定的可行性的,不过依旧存在一定的局限性,存在诸多的问题,诸如:公司管理文化薄弱、用人机制待完善、精细化管理不到位以及激励机制建设有待加强,等等。亟待进一步改进与完善。究其原因,就在于领导人与管理人员的综合素质偏低,传统文化的应用效果差,传统文化与现代企业管理结合度偏低,薪酬绩效管理较为传统,等等。为此,我们可以体会到传统文化在公司管理中的重要性,为了更好的促进企业建设与发展,贯彻“以人为本”理念,增强企业的核心竞争力,企业必须提升管理人员的综合素质,在管理工作中寻找传统文化的集合点,建立“效益型”思想政治工作模式,重视传统文化的宣传与教育,健全企业文化并建设文化传播平台,充分发挥传统文化对企业管理的推动作用。
