中文摘要：	随着中国经济的快速发展和市场竞争的加剧，服务器制造业的发展趋势越来越迅速，头部企业的市场占有率越来越高，相应的对供应链的供货要求也越来越高。供应链的供货速度快，库存成本会相对应的增加，而库存的成本增加又会造成企业资金占用，增加企业的运营成本，这成为服务器制造业所面临的共同问题。本文重点对服务器制造企业的库存问题进行分析，利用文献中对于库存问题的分析方法，来进行分析确认库存对于企业运营的影响，以及造成此类影响的原因。并重点对库存中存在的牛鞭效应问题进行分析，明确牛鞭效应的成因，以及牛鞭效应在实际的企业运营过程中对于库存的影响，评估牛鞭效应为企业带来的影响的危害。论文简单介绍了国产服务器行业发展趋势。从市场份额的占有率趋势中，能够看出国产服务器的占有率较前几年已经大大提高了，并且同时有多家国产服务器制造商在市场中占有一定份额，所以在这种环境下，对于国产服务器众多厂商在行业中的机遇与风险进行分析，所以随着行业发展的速度越来越快，为了保持企业的核心竞争力，必须保持低成本的战略发展，所以对于库存的管理与控制，是尤为重要的。通过对于S企业作为个案研究，对于企业背景、公司架构以及企业产品线的主要介绍，分析对比历年数据，分析出库存管理中存在的问题，再针对不同的问题类别提供解决方案，VMI供应商联合库存管理，安全库存的备货量等，并进行效果评价。最后对整篇文章的研究方法，问题分析，解决方案进行总结，并对于服务器制造业未来的发展做出展望。
英文摘要：	With the development of the times, the development trend of Server manufacturing industry is more and more rapid, the market share become higher and higher, the corresponding demand for Supply chain is also higher and higher, supply chain supply speed, inventory costs will correspondingly increase, the cost of inventory will cause the occupation of enterprise funds, increase the operation of enterprises. Cost so this paper focuses on the inventory problem analysis, using the literature for the inventory problem analysis method, to analyze and confirm the impact of inventory on business operations, and the causes of such impact. Using the bullwhip effect to analyze the problems existing in the inventory, the causes of the bullwhip effect and the impact of the bullwhip effect on the inventory in the actual operation process of enterprises are clarified. This paper introduces the development trend of domestic Server industry as a whole, then takes S enterprise as a case study, analyzes the problems existing in inventory management by analyzing and comparing the data over the years, and then provides Solutions for different types of problems, VMI Supplier joint inventory management, Safety inventory, etc., and evaluates the effect. This paper summarizes the research methods, problem analysis and Solutions of the whole article, and makes a prospect for the future development of manufacturing industry.
