| 中文摘要： | 2003年以来，建筑业作为我国国民经济支柱性产业之一，在推动国家经济增长及城市化建设的过程中发挥了不可替代的基础性作用，对国民经济和劳动力就业的贡献度较大。目前从建筑行业外部环境来看，中国经济已步入调结构、转方向的新常态阶段，建筑业企业的转型升级不可避免；从行业内部环境来看，激烈的同行业企业竞争让民营中小建筑企业面临巨大的生存压力。由于建筑企业本身行业特性，内源性融资明显不足，对于外部融资具有巨大的需求，而融资方式的选择关系到企业的融资金额、融资期限、融资成本及融资风险，关系到企业的生存与发展。 本文以荣华建设集团有限公司（以下简称荣华集团）的融资方式问题进行专题研究。在本文的研究过程中，首先梳理了与资本结构相关的国内外的理论研究，并对融资的有关概念及方式进行解释，后又总结了国内研究者，对于中国建筑企业融资方式选择以及融资存在的问题的相关研究，为后续对于荣华集团的研究奠定基础。其次通过分析荣华集团近三年来财务报表、融资现状、融资成本及融资担保方式得出存在的主要问题。同时从公司内源融资和外源融资两个方面对融资方式进行了详细分析。最后根据荣华集团融资存在的问题及现有的融资方式提出了融资决策、方式改进、成本控制、风险防范等方面改进的方案和建议，对研究的局限性、创新点和未来研究方向进行了说明，以期为同类的大型民营建筑企业的融资方式的选择提供参考。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Since 2003, the construction industry, as one of the pillar industries of China's national economy, has played an irreplaceable role in promoting the country's economic growth and urbanization, and contributed a lot to the national economy and labor employment. At present, from the perspective of the external environment of the construction industry, the Chinese economy has entered a new normal stage of restructuring and direction, and the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises is inevitable. From the perspective of the internal environment of the industry, the fierce competition among enterprises in the same industry allows private small and medium-sized buildings. Enterprises face enormous pressures to survive. Due to the industry characteristics of construction companies, endogenous financing is obviously insufficient, and there is a huge demand for external financing. The choice of financing methods is related to the financing amount, financing period, financing cost and financing risk of the enterprise, which is related to the survival and development of the enterprise. . This paper conducts a special study on the financing methods of Ronghua Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Ronghua Group). In the research process of this paper, we first combed the domestic and international theoretical research related to capital structure, and explained the related concepts and methods of financing, and then summarized the domestic researchers, the choice of financing methods for Chinese construction enterprises and the existence of financing. The related research on the issue laid the foundation for the subsequent research on the Ronghua Group.
