| 中文摘要: | 人力资源管理是企业管理的重要方面,在企业的人力资源管理的各个实践过程中随时都可能会遇到种种风险,为了争取企业人力资源效用的最大化,推动企业的稳定持续发展,需要有良好的人力资源风险控制管理。风险的主要含义是不确定性,会使得组织目标的实现偏离,由于人力资源是一种无形的难以量化的非物质生产要素,所以人力资源管理中会面临相对于物质生产要素而言更多的不确定性,对人力资源管理的风险控制在不断加剧的市场竞争环境下,越来越受到企业的重视。 本文主要讨论企业人力资源管理中的风险控制,并以S公司为例进行实际分析。首先,运用经验总结法和文献研究等方法,以企业人力资源管理风险控制理论为基础,说明企业人力资源管理风险控制的目的和意义,分析讨论企业人力资源管理中面临的风险,阐述这些风险的内涵及其特点,总结生成人力资源管理风险的内部原因和外部原因;其次,归纳企业人力资源风险控制的策略和方法,分析人力资源管理各个过程中风险防范的侧重点,展示企业人力资源风险管理体系;最后,通过案例分析法,结合金融外包行业特点和内部、外部环境因素,对计算机自动化不断深入、流程精益趋势下,某金融外包企业S公司的人力资源管理进行风险揭示,从人力资源管理的招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬等方面分析讨论S公司的人力资源管理风险以及防范这些风险所采用的策略,对提升企业人力资源管理风险控制能力提出合理化建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Human Resources plays a vital role in the management of enterprise. All kinds of risk could be exposed during the human resources practical management. For getting the best use of human resource and promoting the enterprises grow steadily, human resource risk management should be taken seriously. The core meaning of risk is uncertainty, which would lead the deviation from the goal of organization. Moreover, as human resource is a non-material factor of production which is difficult to quantify, more uncertainty will be shown up in the practice of human resource management. Facing the fierce competition in the market economy, the risk control of human resource management becomes more and more important. This paper mainly discusses the subject of the risk control of human resources management. The first part mainly introduces the research background, describes the purpose and significance of the research and gives the research protocols of the paper at the same time. The second chapter mainly summarized the research status on human resource management risk, present the meaning and character of human resource management. Then conclude the risk control strategy and methods of human resource management and analyze the causing of human resource management risk from the perspective of internal and external, trying to present the risk control system of human resource management in the third part. At last, use company S as an example, analyze the risk exposure and risk control practice in it. Offering optimized methods and suggestions in combination with the real situation of the company. | |
