中文摘要：	软件产业是国民经济发展中的具有战略性意义的支柱产业，是经济的转型、产业升级的支柱和先导。国内的软件企业大部分是中小型软件企业，在产业中处于重要地位，但是它们产品质量问题突出、没有规范化的软件过程管理，限制了企业竞争力的提升。因此，迫切需要结合中小型软件企业资金有限、人员少等特点，研究低成本的软件过程管理方案，提升企业的过程管理能力。 论文在现有软件过程管理理论基础上，以RZ软件公司为研究对象，针对软件过程管理中存在的问题，对软件过程管理改进方案的设计和实施进行了研究，主要研究内容包括： 首先，对软件过程管理相关的理论进行研究，对CMMI模型内容和结构进行阐述。RZ软件公司可以借助CMMI模型和过程化管理的思维，以软件过程管理改进为切入点，规范过程管理，提升产品质量。 其次，对RZ软件公司的现状和软件过程管理存在的问题进行分析，提出解决软件过程问题的基本思路。构建基于CMMI/TSP/PSP科学的、层次化的、低成本的软件过程管理框架。 论文结合RZ软件公司的特点，对现有模型进行裁剪，增强实用性和合理性，并且关注软件开发人员自我管理能力和项目团队管理能力的提升，切实提升企业软件过程管理能力。希望论文的研究为中小型软件企业软件过程管理问题的研究提供一些启示，吸引更多的人去研究相关问题，提升企业竞争力，进而提高软件行业的整体实力。
英文摘要：	The software industry is a pillar industry with strategic significance in the development of the national economy, and is the pillar and precursor of economic transformation and industrial upgrading. Most domestic software companies are small and medium-sized software companies, which are in an important position in the industry. However, their product quality problems are prominent, and there is no standardized software process management, which limits the improvement of enterprise competitiveness. Therefore, it is urgent to combine the characteristics of limited funds and small personnel in small and medium-sized software companies to study low-cost software process management solutions and improve the process management capabilities of enterprises. Based on the existing software process management theory and RZ software company as the research object, this paper studies the design and implementation of software process improvement scheme in view of the problems in software process management. The main research contents include: First, the theory of software process management is studied, and the content and structure of CMMI model are expounded. RZ software company can use CMMI models and procedural management thinking to take software process improvement as an entry point, standardize process management, and improve product quality. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of RZ Software Company and the problems existing in software process management, and proposes the basic ideas for solving software process problems. Construct a hierarchical, low-cost software process management framework based on CMMI/TSP/PSP science. Combining the characteristics of RZ Software Company, the paper tailors existing models, enhances practicality and rationality, and pays attention to the self-management capabilities of software developers and the improvement of project team management capabilities, and effectively enhances the enterprise software process management capabilities. It is hoped that the research of the thesis will provide some inspiration for the research of process management problems of small and medium-sized software enterprises, attract more people to study related problems, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and then improve the overall strength of the software industry.
