| 中文摘要： | 本文在对国内外企业发展战略、财务战略、投融资战略理论进行梳理的基础上，在规范研究与案例研究的过程中，运用定性研究与定量研究相结合、描述分析与案例分析相结合、理论分析与实践分析相结合等方法，对处在环境保护标准连续升级压力巨大、民生事业要求不断提高、企业效益断崖式下滑、规模扩张工程资金迟迟不能到位等各种矛盾交织中的SXS有限公司所处的内部环境，以及世界热电联产行业、我国热电联产行业的状况和发展趋势，特别是煤热电联产行业所处的环境进行全方位立体式多维的分析。同时，运用投融资战略理论与SXS有限公司的实际相结合，对其规模扩张、差异化、品牌三个发展战略进行了分析评估，找出了其发展的瓶颈和主要症结。明确主张以强力推进规模扩张为主基调，为SXS有限公司投融资战略进行了新的设计，并进行了完善和优化，提出了具有可操作性的“一体两翼”投融资发展战略。以投资战略为指导，对融资战略实施的方法步骤进行了论证，进一步阐述了投资战略与融资战略的相互关系及如何实现战略协同，对推动SXS有限公司的发展必将起到强有力的推动作用，对煤热电联产行业的发展也将起到积极的借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Basis on combing theories of enterprise development strategy, financial strategy and investment and financing strategy at home and abroad, this paper combines qualitative research with quantitative research, descriptive analysis with case analysis, theoretical analysis with practical analysis in the process of normative research and case study. The internal and external environment of SXS thermal Power Co., Ltd., as well as the cogeneration industry in the world and the cogeneration industry in China, are intertwined with various contradictions such as enormous pressure of continuous upgrade of protection standards, increasing demands of people's livelihood, cliff-like decline of enterprise benefits, and delayed arrival of funds for scale expansion projects. The situation and development trend are analyzed from multiple perspectives. At the same time, using the investment and financing theory and the actual combination of SXS thermal Power Co., Ltd., its scale expansion, differentiation, brand three development strategies were analyzed and evaluated, and found out the bottleneck and the main crux of its development. Clearly advocate to vigorously promote the expansion of the scale as the main keynote, for the Shandong Zibo Xinsheng Thermal Power Co., Ltd. investment and financing strategy for a new design, and to improve and optimize, put forward a operable "one body, two wings" investment and financing development strategy and financing program, to promote the Shandong Zibo Xinsheng Thermal Power Co., Ltd. Development will certainly play a strong role in promoting the development of coal-fired cogeneration industry will also play a positive role in reference. | |
