中文摘要:随着我国经济不断发展,越来越多的企业意识到员工的激励制度对公司发展意义重大。GH公司是一家垄断行业的国有大型企业下属的子公司,GH公司近年来不断改革,也在员工激励制度方面做了很多工作,但激励效果不显著。如何有效地激励员工,使员工与公司能够共同成长,如何优化现有的员工激励制度,实现公司的跨越式发展,是GH公司亟待解决的问题。本文通过对与激励相关的理论概述总结,结合GH公司的实际情况,以期望理论、麦克莱兰的需求理论、公平理论、领导行为理论及企业文化对员工激励影响五个方面对GH公司员工激励现状及原因进行分析,通过发放有效调查问卷,统计出GH公司员工目前对公司的期望、需求,对公司领导行为的感知及对公司文化的理解程度,得出了目前影响员工激励的因素及重要程度。最后,结合公司发展战略目标,提出了员工激励制度优化的方案,同时提出了方案实施的保障措施,为GH公司实现跨越式发展提供了有效的人力资源保障。本文从GH公司目前的员工激励现状出发,探讨了国有垄断行业的公司如何协调员工成长与公司发展之间的矛盾,如何在公司发展中使用科学的管理方法让员工感受到公平并被持续的激励。本文对同行业的其他公司在员工激励制度优化方面具有重要的借鉴意义和指导意义。 
英文摘要:With the continuous development of China's economy, more and more enterprises realize that the staff incentive system is of great significance to the development of the company. GH Company is a subsidiary of a large state-owned monopoly enterprise. In recent years, GH Company has been continuously reforming, and has done a lot of work in the staff incentive system, but the incentive effect is not significant. How to effectively motivate employees, enable employees and the company to grow together, how to optimize the existing staff incentive system, to achieve the leap-forward development of the company, this is an urgent problem to be solved in GH company. Based on the summary of theories related to motivation and the actual situation of GH company, this paper analyzes the current situation and reasons of employee motivation in GH company from five aspects: expectation theory, McClellan's demand theory, fairness theory, leadership behavior theory and the influence of corporate culture on employee motivation, and issues effective questionnaires. The results show that the current expectations and needs of GH company employees, the perception of the company's leadership behavior and the understanding of the company's culture, and the current factors affecting employee motivation and importance. Finally, combined with the company's development strategic objectives, the paper puts forward the optimization scheme of staff incentive system, and puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the scheme, which provides an effective human resources guarantee for GH company to achieve leapfrog development. Starting from the current employee incentive situation of GH Company, this paper discusses how to coordinate the contradiction between employee growth and company development in state-owned monopoly industries, and how to use scientific management methods to make employees feel fair and sustained incentives in the company development. In this paper, other companies in the same industry in the optimization of employee incentive system has important reference significance and guiding significance.
