中文摘要：	随着经济全球化和网络化的发展，市场竞争不断加剧，现代企业之间的竞争正逐渐转变为供应链之间的竞争。供应链上不同节点的企业为降低融资成本，扩大经营规模，提高市场竞争力，对供应链金融的需求也越来越迫切。供应链金融作为新兴的金融业务，将供应链上下游企业、有形资产与金融资金有机联系起来，提高了金融资金的使用效率，有效解决了中小企业融资难的问题，从而积极地促进了国民经济发展。国家电网公司作为供应链当中的核心企业，在供应链金融业务开展的整个过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。如何构建有序的供应链金融体系，协调供应链成员之间的关系，降低供应链运作成本，提高资金使用效率，增强自身的市场竞争力，是国家电网公司面临的一个重大课题。因此，研究国家电网公司供应链金融业务的发展现状，发现其开展供应链金融业务中出现的问题，并提出相应解决方案具有重要意义。 本文从供应链金融的产生背景和意义入手，将近年来相关文献进行了总结，介绍了供应链金融的国内外研究现状，包括业务模式、运营风险及社会价值等。随后，介绍了国家电网公司及其供应链金融业务的发展现状，指出了其供应链金融业务开展中存在的问题。然后，从开发方向、开发模式和开发主体三个方面，研究了国家电网公司供应链金融的开发策略，并从流程优化、质量控制和成本控制三个方面，研究了国家电网公司供应链金融的运营策略。最后，给出了国家电网公司供应链金融业务开发与运营策略的实施保障的建议。通过本文研究，有利于提高国家电网公司供应链金融业务的开发质量，解决一些供应链金融业务运营当中的问题，充分发挥国家电网公司作为供应链中核心企业的重要作用。
英文摘要：	With the development of economic globalization and network, the market competition is intensifying, and the competition among modern enterprises is changing into the competition among supply chains. In order to reduce financing cost, expand operation scale and improve market competitiveness, enterprises in the supply chain have an increasingly urgent need for supply chain finance. As a new financial business, the supply chain finance links the upstream and downstream enterprises, put the tangible assets together with financial capital?organically, improves the efficiency of use of financial capital, and effectively solves the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises, thus actively promoting the national economic development. As a core enterprise in the supply chain, State Grid Corporation of China of China plays a vital role in the whole process of supply chain financial business development. How to build an orderly supply chain financial system, coordinate the relationship among the members of the supply chain, reduce the operating cost of the supply chain, improve the efficiency of capital use and enhance the market competitiveness of the State Grid Corporation of China is a major issue facing in front of State Grid Corporation of China. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the development status of the supply chain finance business of State Grid Corporation of China, discover the problems in its supply chain finance business and put forward corresponding solutions. This paper starts with the background and significance of supply chain finance, summarizes relevant literature in recent years, and introduces the domestic and foreign research status of supply chain finance, including business model, operation risk and social value. Then, it introduces the development status of State Grid Corporation of China and its supply chain finance business, and points out the existing problems in the development of its supply chain finance business. Then, the development strategy of supply chain finance of State Grid Corporation of China is studied from three aspects of development direction, development mode and development subject, and the operation strategy of supply chain finance of State Grid Corporation of China of China is studied from three aspects of process optimization, quality control and cost control. Finally, the paper gives some Suggestions for the supply chain financial business development and operation strategy implementation of State Grid Corporation of China. Through the study in this paper, the development quality of supply chain financial business of State Grid Corporation of China of China can be improved, some problems in supply chain financial business operation can be solved, and the important role of State Grid Corporation of China as the core enterprise in supply chain can be fully brought into play.
