中文摘要:摘要 随着我国汽车行业的飞速发展,为整车制造企业服务的汽车物流企业也经历了10多年的黄金发展期。但在当下,市场已经逐步转向成熟,传统车企的销量遭遇瓶颈,主营业务收入依靠各大汽车集团的汽车物流企业需要克服集团间与行业间的层层壁垒,通过内部降本增效与外部开拓新的市场空间,才能坚持不被市场的寒流击倒,在风雨飘摇的大环境中立于不败之地。 本文通过分析中国经济当下背景与汽车行业面临的宏观经济环境,研究讨论各大汽车物流企业生存与发展战略。以我国汽车物流行业的龙头企业安吉汽车物流为例,深入分析汽车物流企业面临的机遇与挑战,通过PEST模型以及行业五力模型分析企业面对的宏观经济环境,以及行业发展的关键因素。并对行业内主要竞争对手的优劣势进行分析,并与安吉汽车物流进行对比。勾勒出整个汽车物流企业的概况。 继而通过资源基础理论及VRIO模型对安吉汽车物流的核心竞争力进行剖析。找出企业内部哪些优势是在与业内企业的对比中拥有持续竞争优势,哪些资源只是具有暂时性竞争优势,而哪些资源在与业内企业的对比中不具备明显优势。通过对企业宏观环境及企业内部核心资源的分析,用SWOT模型列出各个因素以分析出企业在各种战略组合下的相关局势,并得出安吉汽车物流在增长型战略的指引下应该采取的具体措施。 在对安吉物流做出透彻的分析后,提出安吉物流的相关发展战略规划。在公司层战略中,企业需要采用产品相关多元化来开业务收入之源,除了成立子公司进行跨行业发展也可以通过并购与联盟的途径实现战略目标。在业务层面,采用产品服务差异化战略来保持企业在行业内的竞争力;并采用产品聚焦战略前瞻性的布局新需求市场。然后列出安吉汽车物流总体战略规划的问题点。 最后本文叙述了关于安吉汽车物流发展战略的具体实施及控制。一是开展产品相关多元化的战略实施;二是打造智慧供应链实现主营业务产品差异化战略的实施;三是新需求市场的目标聚焦战略实施。其中涉及到的提升企业竞争力的方式包括开发或增强企业内部信息化系统的应用及打造智慧供应链以实现差异化战略、在厂内物流方面中智能设备对人工的有效替代以对抗日益上涨的人工成本。在产品服务相关多元化的战略中,依托现有资源向社会化的业务进军寻找新的业务增长点,积极面对市场新形势的变化与新市场需求共同成长。在战略控制上,分别对内部绩效控制及外部宏观监控进行了叙述。并从四个方面分析了发展战略的实施保障。 本文以安吉汽车物流面临的生存与发展的客观环境为例勾勒出了目前整个汽车物流行业的发展趋势,提出了企业未来发展战略规划及实施,对每个汽车物流企业乃至其他的制造业相关的物流企业都有着重要的借鉴意义。  
英文摘要:Abstract With the fast development of automotive industry, automotive logistics enterprises serving for automotive production companies also experienced a golden development period for more than 10 years. However, currently traditional automotive companies encountered a bottleneck situation, so automotive logistic enterprises that mainly depend on them need to overcome all kinds of hardships, including internally lowering cost and improving efficiency, externally expanding new market space, to survive in economic downturn. By analysis of current economy in China and the macro economic environment of automotive industry, the present thesis extends to the survival and development strategies of automotive logistic companies who mainly count on major automotive enterprises. It takes the leading automotive logistic company Anji as an example, to deeply analyze the opportunities and challenges that the whole industry faces, taking use of the PEST Model and Five-Force Model. The thesis also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the competitors, and compares with Anji, so as to outline a general review of the whole automotive logistic companies. The present thesis continues to analyze the core competence of Anji automotive logistics through resource foundation theory and VRIO model, so as to find out the long-lasting internal advantages and the resources that are not so advantageous, compared with other automotive logistic enterprises. By analysis of macro-environment and core resources of the enterprise, the thesis also lists various factors with SWOT Model to see relevant conditions in different strategy combinations, leading to specific measures Anji automotive logistics could take with guidance of increasing strategy. After thorough analysis of Anji Logistics, the thesis proposes relevant development strategy plans. On the level of company strategy, the enterprise need to focus on product diversity to expand its revenue; it could also establish more branch companies with cross-industry development, and realize strategic goals by mergers and acquisition, as well as alliance. On the level of business, the enterprise could service variation to keep its own competence; it could also take product-centered strategy to lay out the new demands of the market, and then list the problems of Anji general strategy plans. Finally, the thesis elaborates on specific measures and control of the development strategies of Anji automotive logistics. First, the company should make strategic implementation of relevant diversity of products. Second, the company should build intelligent supply chain to realize the product variation strategy. Third, the company should make strategic implementation of focusing on the new demand of market. Among them, the ways involving better enterprise competence include developing or increasing internal information system application, building up intelligent supply chain to realize variation strategy, effective replacement of human labor by intelligent devices to lower increasing labor cost. In relevant product diversity, the company should rely on current resources to look at socialized business for new increasing points, actively facing the changes of new market conditions to grow with the changes. In strategic control, the thesis respectively illustrates on internal performance control and external macro-supervision, and analyzes the implementation of development strategies from four aspects. Based on the objective environment of the survival and development of Anji automotive logistics, the present thesis outlines the general situation for the whole automotive logistics industry; it also proposes the future development strategy plans and implementation, which could be reference and inspiration for all other automotive logistics company and logistics companies for other manufacturing industries.
