中文摘要：	大宗商品是指拥有商品属性，可用于工业生产，也能用在消费使用上的物质商品，不便于零售但可进入流通领域，主要包括三个类别，能源商品、基础原材料和农副产品，是国民经济尤其是工业发展的基础，无论是期货还是现货市场大宗商品的供需状况都会直接影响到整个经济体系的稳定和发展。中国（天津）自由贸易试验区是在上海自贸区之后中央政府着手设立的第二批自贸区，也是我国北方第一个区域性的自由贸易试验区。它的定位是建设成为京津冀协同发展高水平的对外开放平台，中国改革开放先行区和制度创新试验田、面向世界的高水平自由贸易园区。在天津自贸试验区建设和运营高水平的大宗商品产业园区既是大宗商品行业发展的自身需要，同时也是天津建设自由贸易试验区和大力发展港口经济重要的落脚点。 本文阐述了全球大宗商贸行业的发展现状，结合资源、交通和政策优势系统地分析了我国各地区尤其是天津市大宗商品产业的发展问题，利用模型详细地分析了在天津自由贸易试验区建设和运营大宗商品产业园的宏观环境、微观环境和产业环境，最终在对比不同运营模式的基础上总结了天津自贸区大宗商品产业园的运营模式并提出了相应的保障措施。 本文从大宗商品产业园区运营的角度，结合天津市的区域情况和天津自贸试验区的发展定位，详细分析和阐述了适合天津自贸区的大宗商品产业园区运营模式。一方面希望通过本文的研究切实推动大宗商品行业向规模化、专业化和规范化有序健康发展，更好地服务实体经济，另一方面希望通过大宗商品产业园区运营模式的研究为推动天津自贸试验区更快建设成为贸易自由和金融服务完善的自由贸易园区出力，为助推产业转型升级，引领我国经济又快又好发展献计献策。
英文摘要：	Commodities refer to the material commodities that can enter the circulation field, but are not retail links. They have commodity properties and are used for the production and consumption of industry and agriculture. Commodities mainly include three categories, energy commodities, basic raw materials and agricultural and sideline products. They are the foundation of national economy, especially industrial development. Therefore, the supply and demand of commodities in both futures and spot markets will directly affect the stability and development of the entire economic system. China (Tianjin) pilot free trade zone is a regional free trade zone established by the central government of China in the municipality of Tianjin. It is the first pilot free trade zone in the north of the China and one of the second batch of pilot free trade zones set up by the central government after the China (Shanghai) pilot free trade zone. The Tianjin pilot free trade zone shoulders the core task of institutional innovation and will strive to become a high-level open platform for the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, China's reform and opening up pilot zone and system innovation pilot field, as well as a high-level free trade park in the world. The construction and operation of a high-level commodity industrial park in Tianjin free trade pilot zone is not only a need of the development of the commodity industry, but also an important foothold for Tianjin to build a pilot free trade zone and vigorously develop port economy. This thesis expounds the development status of global commodity trade industry, and systematically analyzes the development problem of China's commodity industry, especially in Tianjin, by combining resources, transportation and policy advantages. The macro environment, micro environment and industrial environment of building and operating commodity industrial park in Tianjin pilot free trade zone are analyzed in detail with the model. Finally, based on the comparison of different operation modes, this thesis proposes the operation mode of Tianjin pilot free trade zone commodity industrial park and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures. From the perspective of operation of bulk commodity industrial park, this thesis analyzes and elaborates operation mode of bulk commodity industrial park suitable for Tianjin pilot free trade zone based on regional situation of Tianjin and development orientation of Tianjin pilot free trade zone. On one hand, it is hoped that through the study of this thesis, the commodity industry will be promoted to scale, specialization and standardization, orderly and healthy development, to support the real economy better. On the other hand, I hope that the study on the operation mode of the commodity industrial park can help build the Tianjin pilot free trade zone into an internationally first-class free trade park with free trade and sound financial services, boost industrial transformation and upgrading, and lead the sound and rapid development of China's economy.
