| 中文摘要: | 近年来,随着李克强总理《中国制造2025》战略的提出,一时间工业4.0、智能制造概念风靡全国,中国制造业突然走在了变革的最前沿。但是这些新概念新技术能够解决什么样的工厂实际问题?能够给工厂生产带来多大的好处?如何评估智能制造项目投资的可行性?这是很多企业管理者面临的实实在在的问题。 本文通过探讨奥的斯电梯泰达生产工厂在业务发展进程中遇到的问题,着重研究了围壁生产线的智能制造升级,提出了基于客户需求的智能柔性生产技术升级的解决方案,为奥的斯及其它电梯制造工厂的转型升级提供理论支持和方法指导。以小见大,本文所提出的智能柔性生产技术升级也将会对传统制造企业的智能制造变革升级起到借鉴作用。 本文详细阐述了德国工业4.0、美国工业互联网的概念和实质,并且研究了精益生产、柔性生产制造技术等相关生产管理理论,同时也对项目投资评估所常用的净现值NPV和内部报酬率IRR进行了理论上的分析。通过分析奥的斯泰达基地近两年生产管理所遇到的产能瓶颈和无法有效的面对客户多样化需求的问题,建设性的指出柔性生产技术的智能制造升级是解决之道,并以围壁生产线为例从四个维度(净现值NPV、内部报酬率IRR、节拍时间/周期时间、劳动生产率)详细论证了智能化升级的在实践应用的可行性和有效性。 奥的斯泰达基地的智能制造升级并非简单的生产线升级,更多的体现出是一个系统性工程。在这个变革过程中,从产品研发、生产制造到物流配送和运输,从前端合同信息处理平台到柔性生产执行系统MES信息中心,都进行了组织机构或者流程的变革,最终将设备、产品和人之间建立交叉通信,围绕客户需求协调统筹各方资源,实现真正的智能化。中国的制造企业有着自身的发展阶段和特点,本文的研究为传统制造企业的工业4.0和智能制造转型升级提供了有参考价值的道路。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, with the China premier Li Keqiang issued the implementation strategy of “China Manufacturing 2025”, immediately, the words of “industry 4.0” and “smart manufacturing” swept around the nation. The manufacturing industry becomes the leading edge of reformation suddenly. However, these new words such as “smart manufacturing” “smart factory” “big data” shining our eyes and make people confuse. What should enterprises do for the industry 4.0 transformation? What benefits can it bring to company manufacture? How to invest capital effectively and get profits maximization? These are real challenges for the company’s management team. Through the study on current business management issue and production issue of OTIS elevator company TEDA center, focus the research on car panel manufacture line upgrading. We can get the conclusion that flexible smart manufacturing upgrade which base on customer request is an effective solution. With a global view through this small case, this solution will also to be guidance for other traditional manufacture company smart manufacturing upgrade. This thesis studies the concept and substantial of German industry 4.0 and American industrial internet in the second chapter. Meanwhile, introduce flexible manufacturing system and lean production theory. Also study the method of NPV and IRR for capital investment assessment. Through analyze the OTIS elevator company TEDA center capacity limitation and other business management issues today, point out smart manufacturing upgrade is a good solution to solve these issues. Take the instance of car panel production line, through researches the detail of NPV, IRR, Takt Time/Cycle Time and labor productivity, demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of its application in practice. The OTIS smart manufacturing is not simply upgrade production line only. It is a real complicated systematic program. From R&D department to product manufacture and logistics transportation, from customer contract information platform to flexible manufacturing executive system, all need optimize organization chart or process. It integrated customer request and user experience at the beginning of product development. Build the cross connection between equipment, product, and people. Finally realize the real smart manufacturing. China’s manufacturing company has their own features and in the different stage of development. This thesis can provide a good reference for them to open up one road of industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing transformation. | |
