| 中文摘要: | 21世纪,随着全球科技、经济一体化趋势的逐渐深入,全球范围内对电力电子类产品的需求越来越广泛,电力电子类商品的市场竞争愈发激烈,企业为了提升核心竞争力,均采取了增强产品开发的方式,这已经成为了市场发展的必然趋势。但是在实际生产中,考虑到电力电子类产品零部件相对比较多,系统构造相对复杂,对该类产品进行模块化分解处理后,由多个领域的设计人员共同协作,共同实现设计与制造的任务目标,已经成为了产品生产的大趋势。所以,本文提出加强Trench公司产品生产过程中的供应商管理,提升其协同性,对于产品的生产和创新有着一定的现实意义。 本文的研究内容主要分为以下几点,即: 重点对供应商参与产品生产的协同过程进行了分析。首先从分析产品协同开发中供应商关系的动态演变过程开始,对供应商参与产品生产的协同过程展开了分析,并对供应商参与产品生产的这一协同过程进行建模。 探讨供应商选择以及评估的方法。本文在结合电力电子类产品生产过程的特点,构建供应商评价指标系统,以BOCR评价指标系统为基础,建立出多准则供应商评估模型,之后对其进行充分评估。综合多项因素进行分析,阐述了在管理及选择供应商时,以模糊折衷规划算法为基础,构建出相应的供应商选择模型。 建立比较完善的供应商协同关系配置模型。基于该模型的构建及配置方法考虑,对供应商协同关系构建问题展开了研究和探讨。首先从管理的角度对战略层、策略层以及技术层三种不同层面的供应商关系进行了分析,然后结合产品生产过程的特点以及协同关系的演变,构建出了供应商协同配置模型。 主要分析Trench公司与供应商的主题协同,主题协同即按照协同的主体展开的协同。本文重点分析其中的研发协同以及质量协同。前者从研发时间,供应商参与研发模式以及研发资源进行了分析。后者则阐述了企业自身质量协同存在的问题,从影响因素、运行模式以及资源进行了分析。 本文结合Trench公司在生产产品期间供应商的管理情况以及所面临的问题,首先,深入探讨了在产品生产期间供应商参与的协同过程,然后分析了供应商管理的评价指标以及方式,构建了供应商协同管理模型,提出了一些提升Trench公司供应商协同管理和控制的一些策略,对现代企业的供应商管理有一定的借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the 21st century, with the deepening trend of global integration of science and technology and economy, the global demand for power electronics products is getting higher and higher, and the market competition of power electronics products is becoming increasingly fierce. It has become a general consensus that enterprises strengthen their core competitiveness by strengthening the development of products. But in the actual production, considering the power electronics products have many parts and complex system structure, the power electronics products modular decomposition, by different fields of designers synergy, jointly complete the design and manufacturing tasks is becoming a major trend of product production. Therefore, this thesis proposes to strengthen the supplier management in the production process of Trench's products and enhance its synergy, which has important theoretical significance and practical value for the production and innovation of products. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: The collaborative process of supplier participation in product production is analyzed. Firstly, the dynamic evolution of supplier relationship in product collaborative development is analyzed, and the collaborative process of supplier participating in product production is analyzed, and the collaborative process of supplier participating in product production is modeled. This model is an important basis for supplier evaluation and selection, Supplier Collaborative Relationship Construction and supplier collaborative process management. Explore effective ways of supplier evaluation and selection. Combining with the characteristics of power electronic products production process, this thesis constructs supplier evaluation index system, applies BOCR evaluation index system establish multi-criteria supplier evaluation model, and then carries out effective evaluation of suppliers. Then, combined with many factors and objectives, a supplier selection model based on fuzzy compromise programming algorithm is proposed to realize the selection and management of suppliers. A supplier collaborative relationship allocation model is constructed. Based on the construction of Supplier Collaborative configuration model and configuration mode, the construction of supplier collaborative relationship is studied and discussed. Firstly, this thesis analyzes the supplier relationship in three different levels: strategic level, strategic level and technical level from the perspective of management. Then, combining with the characteristics of product production process and the evolution of collaborative relationship, a Supplier Collaborative configuration model is constructed. Mainly analyze trench’s subject synergy with supplier; subject synergy is the synergy according to the expansion of subject, with focus on research synergy and quality synergy. The former analysis begins at the research stage, the supplier participation in the research model and research resources; the latter elaborates the problems existing in the enterprise own quality synergy, from influence factors, operational mode and resource are analyzed. Combining with the current situation and problems of supplier management in the production process of Trench company, this thesis firstly studies the collaborative process of supplier participating in product production, then analyzes the evaluation index and mode of supplier management, constructs the model of Supplier Collaborative management, and puts forward some suggestions on improving the collaborative management of supplier in Trench company. Some strategies of management and control can be used for reference in modern enterprise's supplier management. | |
