中文摘要：	青岛市演讲与演唱协会属于民办社会组织，在培养青岛本地演讲人才、丰富青岛市民的文化生活等方面发挥了不可或缺的作用。作为社会组织，协会具有非营利性、非正式性等特点。协会自2008年成立发展至今已有十个年头，在经历了协会筹建与初创期、业务拓展期和影响力提升期三个阶段后，目前表面看来仍可算得上红火，但存在的问题也已经积累得较为明显，内部管理松散，发展动力不足，站在十年的新起点，前景并不明朗，如何保证协会持续发展，需要我们未雨绸缪。 本研究通过对青岛市演讲与演唱协会的调研和扎根理论分析，发现当前发展中面临内外两方面问题，主要包括竞争力量、合作力量、战略规划、组织管理、经费来源、人力资源和活动管理。结合相关理论，本研究针对协会发展制约因素，主要制订了以下三方面策略：从会长自身、协会成员和协会制度三方面发力，促进协会领导力转型；重点围绕激励机制和人才培养机制针对性地进行人力资源开发；制定清晰的品牌定位，围绕品牌定位拓宽品牌传播渠道并打造明星品牌项目，同时注重品牌内化的实践。
英文摘要：	As a social organization, Qingdao Speech and Singing Association (QDSSA) plays an indispensable role in cultivating local public speaking talents and enriching cultural life of Qingdao citizens. The association has the characteristics of non - profit and non - government. QDSSA was founded in 2008, the development has been ten years. After the initial stage, developing stage and influence enhancement stage, seemingly going through a good development, QDSSA has a lot of problems such as the loose management and weak power. Standing at the new starting point, QDSSA seems uncertain. We need to prepare in advance for the sustainable development of QDSSA. Through the research and analysis of QDSSA by Grounded Theory, this study found that the current development is faced with internal and external problems, mainly including competition force, cooperation force, strategic planning, organizational management, funding source, human resources and activity management. Combined with relevant theories, the following strategies are mainly developed： changing the leadership by institutionalization, developing human resources to reserve talents and carrying out brand strategy to maintain the current advantages.
