中文摘要:上世纪80年代,实体书店犹如雨后春笋,快速发展;2000年,随着人力、房租的快速增长,传统的实体书店遭遇了生存危机,在经历严寒酷冬洗礼后,实体书店已所剩无几;近几年随着国家相关政策的出台,实体书店再次成为文化热点。同样,实体书店以何种商业模式在当今快速发展、互联网冲击的时代得以生存,俨然成为大家关注和研究的焦点。 西西弗书店创立于1993年的贵阳,先后经历了实体书店兴盛、衰亡、涅槃再生的三个阶段。经营模式也从地区单店运营1.0模式,到2.0连锁模式完成,再到2018年的实体书店3.0模式。截至2018年8月,西西弗书店已累计开店160余家。 在这种背景下,西西弗什么样的商业模式成就了今天的发展规模,这种商业模式是否可以支撑未来的快速稳定发展?本文以西西弗实体书店商业模式为研究对象,结合西西弗书店业务逻辑、管理模式、营运体制进行分析。 论文以西西弗实体书店商业模式为研究对象,结合西西弗书店业务逻辑、管理模式、营运体制进行分析。西西弗为探究对象,旨在探究适合实体书店生存、发展的商业模式,结合实体书店实际运营,提出创新性建议。第一,文章结合我国最大实体书店管理实际,所提案例、数据均真实有效,文章相关涉及到的概念和理论知识都做了诠释,对实体书店宏观环境以及西西弗个体发展进行了梳理和分析,并理论结合实际对西西弗的发展进行客观探究。第二,本文对西西弗实体书店进行了全面整体的解读和剖析,总结出确保其快速发展的商业模式,同时将公司战略、公司治理等理念引入到实体书店营运管理中。第三,将品牌、口碑、商业画布系统性地串联在一起,从而从上至下,从下至上分析实体书店最佳的商业模式选择。第四,系统阐述实体书店产业化闭环的商业模式,从中探究商业模式的选区与落地保障。 第一部分绪论介绍了研究背景以及研究方法和框架;第二部分重点对实体书店发展、实体书店行业发展进行研究,并对相关理论方法做详细阐述;第三部分以针对西西弗实体书店作为研究对象,通过相关理论方法剖析西西弗实体书店的经营现状,重点指出机遇和发展瓶颈;第四部分结合前期研究分析,利用商业模式画布分析西西弗书店的商业模式;第五部分,结合画布分析对西西弗商业模式设计进行优化;第六部分提出西西弗商业模式实施的保障;第七部分归纳总结研究成果,通过本次研究,对实体书展发展模式起到借鉴意义,希望实体书店为社会文化发展贡献力量。 
英文摘要:In the 1980s, physical bookstores sprung up and developed rapidly. In the year of 2000, with rapid growth of manpower cost and rent, traditional physical bookstores experienced a crisis of survival and almost disappeared. However in recent years, with the implementation of relevant national policies, physical bookstores have once again become cultural hotspots. At the same time, a suitable business model for physical bookstores to survive in such a rapid developing and internet-shocking ear has catches people’s eye and become hot research topic. Founded in 1993 in Guiyang, Sisyphe Bookstore has experienced all three stages of prosperity, decline and regeneration of physical bookstores. Its business model is also developed from regional single store, to regional chain store and then to national chain store. By August of 2018, the Sisyphe Bookstore has opened more than 160 stores in total all over the world. Based on above, curiosity may easily arises among reader that what kind of business model of Sisyphe Bookstore has adopted to make itself developed into nowadays scale and could the same business model support Sisyphe Bookstore with a continuing rapid and stable development in future? Therefore, this paper takes Sisyphe?Bookstore’s business model as the research object, and analyzes in detail its business logic, management mode and operation system. This paper takes business model of Sisyphe physical bookstore as the research object, and has analyzed its business logic, management mode and operation system accordingly. As a research object, Sisyphe aims to explore the business model suitable for the survival and development of physical bookstores, and propose innovative suggestions in light of the actual operation of physical bookstores. Firstly, this paper takes the actual management of China’s largest physical bookstore as example; all proposed references and data are true and effective. The concepts and theoretical knowledge involved in the paper are interpreted. The macro environment of the physical bookstore and the individual development of Sisyphe are sorted out and analyzed. Secondly, this paper has carried out a comprehensive and comprehensive interpretation and analysis of Sisyphe physical bookstore, summed up the business model to ensure its rapid development, and introduced the concepts of corporate strategy and corporate governance into the physical bookstore operation management. Thirdly, the brand, reputation and commercial canvas are systematically connected in series to analyze the best business model choices of physical bookstores from top to bottom and bottom to top. Fourthly, the system elaborates the closed-loop business model of the physical bookstore industrialization, and explores the constituency and landing guarantee of the business model. In the first chapter, the background, methods and frameworks of this research is introduced. The second chapter focuses on the development of physical bookstores and physical bookstore industry and elaborates on relevant theoretical methods. The third chapter focuses on the research of Sisyphe?Bookstore, which, by using relevant theoretical methods, has analyzed its business status, high-lightened the opportunities and setbacks in future developed. On the basis of previous research and analysis, the fourth Chapter has analyzed the business model of Sisyphe Bookstore by using business model canvas. Furthermore, the fifth Chapter has designed Sisyphe Bookstore’s business model. In the sixth Chapter, strategic points of the implementation of Sisyphe Bookstore’s business model has been put forward. The seventh Chapter is a summarization of the research results, with the hope that through this research, a reference can be provided to similar physical bookstore holders and with a better development of such physical bookstores, we can enjoy a better social cultural development.
