中文摘要：	摘要 随着全球范围内电子信息产业的逐步回暖。以及我国电子信息产业结构调整，推动转型升级的速度不断加快。中国的优秀消费电子企业已由原先的代工制造为主，逐步转变为具有自独立产品设计与开发能力，市场销售、设计开发、生产制造相结合的垂直产业链整合性企业。但纵观国内电子信息企业的新产品项目管理现况，对应新产品开发项目管理流程知识体系，管理经验，技术手段都相对欠缺，体现在企业实际的新产品开发过程中就表现为开发项目管理流程的不标准化，以及开发项目低效率化等特点。由此便大幅度增加了企业新产品开发项目的难度和风险，直接影响了企业的盈利能力和市场竞争力。为了成功组织和推进消费电子新产品开发项目的管理效果，就必须在流程优化理论和项目管理知识体系研究基础上，进行新产品开发项目管理流程优化的研究，提高项目成功率和开发效率，并以此促进电子信息产业的发展。 本文详细介绍了天津三星电子数字智能电视新产品开发项目管理过程，系统地分析三星电子新产品开发项目实施中存在的问题，并提出相应的新产品开发项目管理流程优化设计方案，引入了新产品开发流程管理中阶段/关口模型，通过不同阶段间活动前移，相同阶段内活动并行交叠，设置建立-测试-反馈-修改的螺旋式开发方法，设置有条件“通过”决策等多种措施，使三星电子的新产品开发项目无论在时间周期上，还是在敏捷性和灵活性上都获得了优化提升，从而提高了新产品的开发效率。并且从成本控制，时间周期，质量保证，沟通机制等多个角度出发为新产品开发项目管理流程优化设立了一系列保障措施，以确保新产品开发项目管理流程优化方案的顺利实施，从整体上提升了三星电子的新产品开发效率和市场竞争力。
