中文摘要: | 本文以创新型食品加工行业为研究背景,以CS集团为主要研究对象,首先针对创新型企业及创新型食品加工企业进行界定,并对其发展趋势进行简要分析。接着,本文从宏观环境和企业自身特质角度,综合企业自身具备的优势、劣势及外部面对的机会和威胁,对企业目前战略进行分析,并对企业未来战略做出前瞻。通过分析得出以下结论:第一,企业所处的食品加工行业虽然得到国家的政策支持和引导,但仍受到自身条件的制约和外部竞争对手的冲击。目前制约企业发展的主要因素包括缺乏科研人才保障、产权结构及治理结构不完善和资本运作能力不足等。目前企业存在的问题是如何利用本地优势,在复杂的竞争市场中设计符合企业发展需要的战略及其实施方案,实现企业转型升级、提升品牌价值。本文进一步旨在为具有创新实力的食品加工企业找到持续、健康、快速发展的总体战略和下属职能战略,以帮助企业更好适应竞争环境、实现企业良性发展。本文首先对企业所在的宏观环境进行了分析,接着根据企业内部特质和外部环境制定符合企业特色、帮助企业持续发展的总体战略。在构建总体战略的基础上,本文制定了一系列配套职能战略,包括市场营销战略、创新战略、组织发展战略和资本运营战略等方面。在具体战略实施方面上,本文从构建良好的公司治理结构、提供扎实的市场营销支持和建设合理的创新保障制度等方面论述了企业战略实施保障。本文的创新点在于以有创新基础的地方性食品加工企业为研究对象制定公司战略,具有较强的针对性。通过对CS集团内部特质的审视和外部情况的梳理以完成战略制定的同时,也可为同行业、同境况的企业战略制定提供一定的参考。本文也存在着一些不足之处,首先,本文基于战略理论基础对创新型食品加工企业的战略发展提出设计,没有在实际中得以运用,缺乏足够的事实证据支撑;另外,本文尽在理论方面对战略发展框架进行设,缺乏对战略发展框架的实地验证。 | |
英文摘要: | In this paper, CS Company is studied as the subject, with a background of food processing industries. It starts with a general introduction of the concepts of innovative company, innovative food processing company and their development trends, and then a strategic analysis of the company is performed, including macro environment analysis and SWOT analysis, which leads to a conclusion that although the industry gets some policy support and guidance of government, the company is still limited to its own character and facing the impact of external competitors. At present, the company also must realize its lack of scientific personnel protection, corporate governance and capital operation. Currently, the major issue of the company is how to take advantage of its local strengths and design a strategy with following implementation plans that meet the needs of company and help it achieve business transformation and enhance brand value. Furthermore, to work out a proper strategic plan and implemental plan for the company’s long-term, stable and healthy development, including general strategy and functional strategies, which help the company adapt to the competitive environment and achieve enterprise improvement. This paper starts with a macro environment analysis and then analysis of the company’s internal resources and external environment, so that we could make a proper general strategic plan for the long-term healthy development of the company. And the functional plans, including marketing strategy, innovation strategy, organizational development strategy and financing strategy, are worked out, and will be implemented with safeguard measures of corporate governance structure, marketing, and innovation security system. The innovation of this paper is that the corporate strategy is worked out based on the certain position of food processing industry, and it gives the company the opportunity to know its own internal and external factors. The study could be valuable to other company with similar problems. Of course, there are some shortcomings in the paper, which based only on strategic theories, instead of practical applications. And it only gives a theoretical model, and the operational implementation will have to be further studied. | |
