中文摘要：	制造企业的设备管理水平是企业产品质量和企业盈利的重要基础。为了有效参与市场竞争，制造企业需要高效运行，提升质量，降低成本，而设备管理作为一项基础管理工作，管理水平高低直接影响企业的生产效率、产品质量和成本。由此，企业需要重视设备管理，保证设备良好的运行状态，提高设备管理人员的素质，提升设备资产综合效益，进而使企业获得最佳经济效益。 本文针对DLS公司的设备管理问题展开研究，研究发现其设备管理存在诸多问题：设备故障多、设备管理体系不健全、预防维修力度不足、故障维修效率低下等。本文借鉴全员生产维护TPM（Total Productive Maintenance）方法和设备综合管理制度来优化和提升公司设备管理水平。TPM作为经典的设备管理方法，是以设备为中心，展开效率改善的制造管理技术，与全面质量管理（Total Quality Management，TQM）、精益生产（Lean Production）并称为三大制造管理技术。以TPM方法为框架和指导，本文从个别改善、自主维护等八个方面提出了相应的设备管理和优化措施。另外，本文研究借鉴了设备综合管理理论，制定了设备综合管理制度，为设备管理提供基础，并进一步提升设备资产管理的经济性。 当今世界发达国家都已建立了完善的设备管理理论，深入研究就会发现每个国家的理论重点各不相同。因为工业发展的进度不同，从业人员素质不同，也就导致我们不能完全照搬发达国家的原有理论。本文结合DLS公司的实际问题，依据国外理论提出了相应的设备管理改善方案，围绕设备管理效率和设备资产经济性提出针对性措施，这是一套务实而且相对易行的设备管理改善方案，可以为其他中国制造企业的设备管理提供借鉴和参考。
英文摘要：	The equipment management level will affect product quality and profitability of the enterprises. To be invincible in the market competition, enterprises should keep in a high efficiency, good quality and low-cost status. However, efficiency, quality and cost are highly restricted by the management level of equipment. Enterprises must maintain the equipment within a good condition and constantly improve the equipment management people ability to maximize the total benefit of equipment assets, so that enterprises can gain the best economic benefit. In current enterprises, equipment management and maintenance has become an important factor to enterprise profit and survival. This paper studies the current situation of equipment management in a processing and manufacturing enterprise, and finds that there is too much of equipment breakdown, the equipment management system is not systematic, preventive maintenance insufficient, and maintenance efficiency is low. Through further research and analysis, the problems solution of equipment management and maintenance are proposed with two dimensions, firstly, implement TPM total productive maintenance system, secondly, establish a comprehensive equipment management system. TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is a manufacturing management theory for equipment efficiency improvement. It is also known as the three world-class manufacturing management technology with TQM and Lean Production. The equipment comprehensive management system is an equipment management mode developed on the basis of equipment engineering, and it focuses more on economy of equipment assets. Now every developed country in the world has established an overall equipment management theory, and further study find that the theory of each country is based on different theoretical. Due to the different pace of industrial development and the different ability of employees, we cannot directly copy the original theories of developed countries. China does not have a specific model of equipment management. The equipment management improvement scheme proposed in this paper, implements TPM then establishes the enterprise equipment comprehensive management system, which is a pragmatic and feasible equipment management improvement scheme, this also provides theoretical reference for other Chinese enterprises.
