中文摘要：	融资租赁是集融资与融物、贸易与技术更新于一体的金融工具。融资租赁业务是现代金融业发展到一定阶段的产物，对促进实体经济更快发展，推动产业创新升级、引导社会资本流向、深化经济结构调整有重要推动作用，是金融支持实体经济的重要抓手和有效方式。近年来，我国融资租赁行业特别是天津市借深入经济转型的东风，取得了迅猛发展，整个行业对经济的贡献度呈几何数字上升，融资租赁已经成为我国现代服务业的重要组成部分。作为现代金融市场的重要元素，融资租赁企业一方面与商业银行形成了替代竞争关系，但同时也为商业银行资产业务发展开创了一个新空间、提出了一个新命题——银租合作。本文通过分析我国及天津市融资租赁行业发展现状及趋势，总结国内外融资租赁业务开展模式分析，重点对美国、日本银租合作发展历程及国内银行的银租合作经验，探究中国农业银行天津市分行（以下简称农行天津分行）发展银租合作业务的创新性，并进一步通过客户调研、市场分析深挖当前该行相关业务发展的问题及产生原因，并据此对症下药，提出相应的改进策略。本文对于商业银行与融资租赁公司开展业务合作的可行性和必要性作了深入分析，并依据农行天津分行的优势劣势提出策略建议，以求更好的促进其银租合作业务健康、快速发展。
英文摘要：	Financial leasing is an instrument which combining capital and goods with trade and technology update together. The inseparable combination of financial leasing and the substantial economy are a positive power to promote industrial innovation and upgrading, increasing social investment and economic restructuring, meanwhile, it is an effective way to support the real economy. Under the macroscopic background of Chinese financial leasing industry, Tianjin has made great progress in recent years. There is a significant improvement in Tianjin’s comprehensive strength; industry contribution and social value become more and more obvious as well, it can be said that financial leasing has become an important part of China's modern service industry. From the other hand, it created a new space for the development of commercial Banks' assets business by the mean time. Consequently, a new contestation around bank-leasing cooperation aroused. This paper is aim to explores the development of bank-leasing cooperation in Agricultural Bank of China, Tianjin branch. Firstly, it is to analyze the current situation and the trend of development of the financial leasing industry in China, especially for Tianjin. Then, there will be an introduction of bank-leasing cooperation history in United States, Japan and experience from the other domestic banks as well. Finally, it is to present certain constructive suggestions and measures according to the results of customer research and market analysis. As an important part of modern financial market, financial leasing have formed an alternative competitive relationship with commercial Banks; and puts forward strategic Suggestions according to the advantages and disadvantages of the branch, which is hoped to be possible to help the business develop fast and healthy.
