中文摘要: | 本文对国内外文献进行了梳理和归纳,回顾了国外对平衡计分卡研究所经历的提出、应用、深化、实践四个阶段,重温了国内从引入到应用,从实践到完善平衡计分卡理论的过程。其次,通过阐述绩效和绩效评价、平衡计分卡等相关理论,明确了开展绩效评价的重要性和必要性,并着重介绍了平衡计分卡的基本内涵,四个维度及内在关系,从而对平衡计分卡的优越性有了更加深刻的理解,为接下来的研究奠定了理论基础。再次,在理论分析的基础上,本文结合Q城市商业银行基本情况、组织架构、经营状况,介绍了该银行现有业绩评价体系,重点研究了分行层面具体业绩考核情况,并对其存在的问题逐条进行了具体分析,提出了该银行引入平衡计分卡开展绩效考核工作的必要性和可行性。针对该银行存在的突出问题,本文进一步深入研究,以平衡计分卡为主线,通过开展战略分析,明确银行战略蓝图,利用SWOT分析法构建银行战略地图;根据战略地图,结合企业实际,主要聚焦分行层面的业绩考核工作,从财务、客户、内部流程、学习和成长四个维度层层选取业绩评价指标,并利用层次分析法,建立判断矩阵,确定各维度以及维度内各指标的权重分配,帮助Q城市商业银行初步构建了一套科学合理的绩效评价体系,并对实施情况进行了分析,提出了后续实施过程中的具体建议。最后,对全文进行了总结回顾,指出了在研究过程中存在的问题和下一步改进方向。 | |
英文摘要: | This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign literatures, reviews the four stages of the introduction, application, deepening and practice of the BSC research institute abroad, and revisits the process from introduction to application and from practice to the perfection of BSC theory in China. Secondly, through the performance and the performance evaluation, the balanced scorecard and other related theory, has been clear about the importance and necessity of performance evaluation, and emphatically introduced the basic connotation of the balanced scorecard, four dimensions and internal relations, the superiority of the balanced scorecard has a more profound understanding, laid a theoretical foundation for the next study. Again, on the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper combined with Q city commercial bank's basic situation, organization structure, operating conditions, this paper introduces the existing performance evaluation system, the bank was studied, including branch level, employee level of the specific performance situation, existing problems and its detailed has carried on the concrete analysis, put forward the bank introduced the balanced scorecard to the necessity and feasibility of carrying out performance appraisal work. In view of the prominent problems existing in the bank, this paper further studied, taking the balanced scorecard as the main line, made clear the bank's strategic blueprint through strategic analysis, and constructed the bank's strategic map through SWOT analysis. According to the strategic map, combined the actual enterprise, mainly is focused on the working performance of the branch level, from a financial, customer, internal process, learning and growth four dimensions layer upon layer selected performance evaluation indicators, and using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp), the judging matrix was established to determine the weight of each index in every dimension and the dimension distribution, city commercial Banks help Q preliminary build a set of scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system, and put forward the following specific Suggestions in the process of implementation. Finally, the paper summarizes and reviews the whole paper, and points out the problems in the research process and the next step of improvement. | |
