中文摘要:互联网的发展以及人民物质生活水平的提高都挑战着传统的组织模式,现代企业需要根据市场环境变化进行速度更快、质量更高的决策,在这个过程中,一种新型的符合时代背景的模式成为组织发展转型的趋势,因此,平台化组织模式转型应运而生。然而,当今有关平台化组织模式的研究领域集中于互联网企业,作为医疗健康这一具有广阔发展前景的行业来讲,具有针对性的平台化转型研究变得尤为重要。 本文选用T企业作为案例研究医疗健康类型企业,深入研究其在转型期进行平台化组织模式转型的战略形成及其运作发展过程的评价体系,并提出对平台型企业的策略实施保障。本文首先通过对相关理论文献进行总结,发现现有研究所存在的盲区领域,从而明确本文的研究思路,确定研究路线以及核心问题。其次,根据现有文献资料以及其他企业平台化组织模式转型的实例进行分析,从T企业的转型背景、内外部环境切入,深入分析出T企业转型的战略构成,并对制定战略实施过程中的制度保障进行系统说明。通过案例分析,本文主要得到以下结论:(1)互联网时代的技术革新以及企业内部运营问题成为T企业平台化转型的两大主要原因。(2)企业组织结构转型应与企业的战略构成相关。(3)组织模式转型的同时需要对薪酬绩效机制进行相应改革,并且针对不同类型项目实施不同薪酬绩效考核方式,形成制度体系。(4)分析总结T企业平台化转型为医疗健康类型企业的组织模式转型提供经典案例,提高相关领域企业的组织模式转型落地成功的可能性。 本文考虑企业的组织模式转型已成为必然趋势,只有在前期对时代背景、企业背景进行全面了解分析,设计出能够解决企业问题、满足市场需求的组织结构体系,并为之建设和完善保障制度,才能在实现行业的全面革新、协同发展。本文在案例研究方法及研究内容上存在不足,未来可就更加深入以及不同侧重点的相关企业进行进一步研究来丰富和检验本文的研究内容和结论。  
英文摘要:The development of internet and improvement of people’s living conditions are challenging the traditional organization mode. Modern enterprises need to make quick, insightful strategies based on the changing market environment. In this process, the organization development transformation calls for a new mode that conforms to the historical background. Therefore, the transformation of platform organization model emerges. However, current research on platform organization mode mainly focuses on internet enterprises. So in this promising field of medical treatment and health, it is vital to make specific research on platform transformation. This paper takes T company as the case to study medial heath company, and it lucubrates the strategic formulation of platform organization mode transformation in the transforming period and the evaluation system as the company operates and develops. It also makes proposals to implement guaranteeing measures for the strategies of platform enterprises to carry on. First, this paper points out the blind area of the existing research by concluding the relevant theoretical research; thereby it clarifies the research strategy, direction, and the core thinking. Second, the paper analyses on the basis of existing document and the cases where other companies transform platform organization mode. Entering from T company’s transitional background and the internal, external environment, this paper illustrates in depth the strategic formulation of the T company’s transformation, and it systematically elaborates on the institutional assurance as the company lays down the strategic implementation. By doing such case analysis, this article mainly concludes as follows: 1) Two major reasons that T company transforms platform are the technical innovation in the booming time of internet and the operational problems existing inside the company.2) T company’s organizational structure transformation should correlate to the strategic formulation of its own. 3) The company should reform the performance and related reward system simultaneously as the organization mode transforms, and develop systems that correspond to different type of projects and related salary and performance appraisal.4) T company’s platform transformation set the pace for the organization mode transformation of medical and health company. It enhances the possibility that correlated enterprises make organizational mode transformations. This article concludes that organizational mode transformation is inevitable and irresistible. Only with the comprehensive analysis of the historical and company background at the early stage, the organizational structure framework that satisfies the market’s demands and solves problems in the company, and the assurance systems that serve as the safeguard, can the entire industry implement comprehensive reform and coordinated development. There are some shortcomings in the case study methods and research contents. In the future, we can test related enterprises more in depth with multiple emphasizes to echo the research contents and conclusion of this article.
