中文摘要: | 随着我国经济的飞速发展,人民的生活水平得到了普遍提高,随之对物质文化和精神文化的追求有所增加。尤其是近几年,在国家提出全民健身、体育强国的理念后,国人对体育产项目的热情直线上升。综合格斗赛事正是在我国体育市场繁荣发展的大环境下,慢慢走进国人的视野并迅速受到追捧。有机遇就有挑战,由于综合格斗赛事引入我国时间较短,在职业化发展进程中仍存在诸多困难与问题亟需解决。 本论文以ML公司为研究对象,运用文献资料法、比较研究法、案例分析法、SWOT分析法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对ML公司综合格斗职业化发展现状及内外部环境和所存在的问题进行了分析、总结、论证并得出以下结论:我国是有着千年武术文化底蕴大国,尚武精神一直根植在国人心中,这也是综合格斗赛事何以在我国蓬勃发展的重要原因之一。尽管如此,我们还是在赛事管理、赛事监管、商业化运营、市场营销、后备人才储备等方面都有待提高和改进。基于我国综合格斗的发展现状,需要制定商业化发展策略,通过赛制、规则的创新提高赛事亮点。积极拓展盈利模式,同时控制成本支出。采用传统媒体与互联网媒体相结合的立体宣传营销模式,加强对赛事及明星选手的包装宣传。通过加大资本投入提高赛事整体质量与品牌调性。做好后备人才培养及专业管理人才的培养。本论文的研究对我国综合格斗未来职业化发展提供了较好的借鉴意义。 | |
英文摘要: | With the rapid development of China's economy, the people's living standards have been generally improved, and the pursuit of material culture and spiritual culture has increased. Especially in recent years, after the country put forward the concept of national fitness and sports power, the enthusiasm of Chinese people for sports products has risen. The comprehensive fighting competition is in the context of the prosperity and development of China's sports market, and slowly enters the field of vision of the Chinese people and is quickly sought after. There are opportunities and challenges. Due to the short introduction of the comprehensive fighting events in China, there are still many difficulties and problems in the process of professional development. This thesis takes ML company as the research object, and uses literature research method, comparative research method, case analysis method, SWOT analysis method, logic analysis method and other research methods to develop the status quo and internal and external environment and existing existence of ML company's comprehensive fighting professional development. The problem has been analyzed, summarized, and demonstrated and concluded that China is a country with a thousand years of martial arts culture. The spirit of Shangwu has always been rooted in the hearts of Chinese people. This is one of the important reasons why the comprehensive fighting events flourish in China. Despite this, we still need to improve and improve in event management, event supervision, commercial operation, marketing, reserve talent reserve and so on. Based on the development status of China's comprehensive fighting, it is necessary to formulate a commercial development strategy, and improve the highlights of the event through competition and rules innovation. Actively expand the profit model while controlling cost. The three-dimensional publicity marketing model combining traditional media and Internet media is used to strengthen the packaging promotion of the event and star players. Improve the overall quality and brand tonality of the event by increasing capital investment. Do a good job in training reserve talents and training professional management talents.
