中文摘要：	在互联网时代的背景下，互联网信息技术已深入到各行各业的每个角落，互联网技术的应用，正在改变着人类的生活、生产乃至生产力的发展，在国家全力推进互联网产业基础建设的引领下，互联网平台已成为促进产业融合发展和经济转型的重要引擎，拉动新兴消费及壮大信息消费的强劲动力，引领经济社会新常态的关键因素。同时开创了网络经济新型的互联网商业模式，成为社会经济新的增长极。通过互联网信息技术与各产业的深度融合， “互联网+产业”的发展模式成为当今世界的发展趋势，改变了原有传统管理的模式。利用互联网大数据分析、云计算及人工智能等手段，颠覆了传统意义上的资源配备和组织形式，使管理更加科学化和高效化。 现阶段我国互联网技术的研究与应用与世界发达国家相比尚有一定差距，发展空间还需较大提升。尤其在建筑领域发展尚处于初步应用阶段，而且建筑行业在众多行业中是数据最为庞大、供应链最为繁多，所涉及的广度和深度最为复杂。然而在传统习惯的影响下，互联网技术的应用却在建筑领域中较为落后，迫切需要互联网技术的融入，通过大数据分析、资源链条的整合及智能化供给配置等先进的互联网模式，改变现有的建筑行业组织形式和技术手段，推动建筑行业的产业革命。 本文通过对互联网信息技术与建筑产业融合方式的深入研究，探索并总结了一套切实可行的应用途径，归纳了“互联网+建筑”运营模式的基本应用规律。同时结合具体的应用案例，通过对河北建设集团互联网模式具体实践和应用效果的研究，吸收并借鉴了该集团公司对互联网与建筑具体融合的措施，并进行了深入探讨，从而达到“互联网+建筑”模式的有机融合之目的。本文从建筑产业不同侧面、不同环节、不同业务范围如何更好地与互联网信息技术和互联网思维结合进行了剖析，根据每一具体层面的特点，对互联网应用的途径、方法及具体措施进行了阐述，发现并研究了有机融合所采用的方法及手段，同时对今后所可能遇到的问题进行了深入探讨，提出了互联网在建筑领域深度应用的努力方向，更好地促进互联网技术在建筑领域的广泛、深度的应用。
英文摘要：	In the context of the Internet era, Internet information technology has penetrated into every corner of all walks of life. The application of Internet technology is changing the development of human life, production and even productivity. Under the guidance of the country's efforts to promote the infrastructure of the Internet industry. The Internet platform has become an important engine for promoting industrial integration and economic transformation, driving strong consumption of new consumption and increasing information consumption, and leading the key factors of the new normal of economic society. At the same time, it has created a new Internet business model for the network economy and has become a new growth pole for the social economy.
