中文摘要：	融资租赁行业自1980年左右进入我国，至今已在挫折和进步中发展了30余年。虽然国内融资租赁行业的已处于高速发展阶段，但融资租赁行业与西方发达国家相比，在市场规模、市场渗透率及规范化等方面，仍存在较大差距。究其原因，一方面是由于我国资本市场制度建设不够完善，可供企业自由选择的投融资渠道较少，另一方面则是融资租赁公司资产规模较小，仅能通过为数不多的常规途径筹措资金，而在融资环节上又面临着诸多困难。 本文以融资租赁公司的融资问题探究为题，从我国融资租赁行业发展历史切入，介绍了目前国内融资租赁业务的主要业务模式及融资租赁公司的主要融资渠道，并提出融资租赁公司在融资问题上存在的困难。而后选取AW融资租赁公司作为案例企业，在对其基本信息、业务开展状况及融资现状进行详细分析的基础上，运用文献研究法及理论联系实际的手段，提出AW融资租赁公司在融资问题上存在的主要问题。最后，本文针对前文提出的融资问题，试图提出多种解决方案以优化AW融资租赁公司的融资状况，包括做好战略规划、完善风险控制体系、合理安排财务预算、完善资本结构、优化现有融资渠道的借款条件，开拓新型融资渠道等。 通过研究，本文希望能以AW融资租赁公司折射整个行业，并希望文中对AW融资租赁公司提出的融资优化方案可以为行业内其他公司在未来进一步优化融资方案时，提供借鉴意义和实践方面的指导。
英文摘要：	The concept of finance leasing entered China during 1980s, and it has already developed through difficulties and progresses for more than 30 years. Despite it is in the stage of high speed development, it is still far behind the western developed countries in the market size, the penetration rate and also the optimization of market regulations. On one hand, this is because the lack of perfection of our capital market regulation system, which in turn limit the enterprises’ choices for direct or indirect financing methods. And on the other hand, it is due to finance lease companies’ small asset scale which asks for sufficient financing resources. These two reasons together bring about a dilemma on the issue of financing. This paper aims to find financing problems’ solution of finance lease companies. It begins with the historical development of the finance lease industry, describes the main business modes and financing methods of the finance lease companies, and then raises the difficulties in financing. After that, this paper select AW Finance Lease Company as the research target, analyzing its financing dilemmas based on the company’s business modes, current operation status as well as its current financing situations. In the last, this paper tries to propose several solutions, such as adjusting the strategic plans, improving the risk control system, better designing its finance budget, optimizing the capital structure, negotiating better clauses in bank loans and bond issuing and also pioneering the financing methods, to solve the existing problems. Generally speaking, this paper uses AW Finance Lease Company as a typical research case and tries to bring out optimization solutions for its financing dilemmas. Essentially, it intends to reflect the whole industry and provides meaningful insights and practical guidance to all the other companies in this industry.
