中文摘要:企业文化就是企业的灵魂,是企业的价值观,是企业的基因。企业文化是通过企业内部成员之间不断地相互作用而被绝大多数成员所接受执行、并能影响教育新成员的一套价值体系。通常来讲,企业文化包含四个层次,从外向内依次为物质层、行为层、制度层和精神层。对企业来说,企业文化具有凝聚作用、导向作用、约束作用与激励作用。 招商蛇口集团总部位于香港,集团是一家中央直接管理的国有重要骨干企业。招商蛇口是集团旗下城市综合开发运营板块旗舰企业,创立于1979年。招商蛇口自整合以来,创建了公司1.0版企业文化体系,通过公司全员的共同努力,企业文化建设已取得了阶段性成果,但仍存在制约企业文化发展的若干问题。 招商蛇口在企业文化建设的过程中,在精神层面存在企业文化宣贯工作不到位,企业文化差异性不足及认可度不高等问题;在制度层面存在诸如组织结构的设置、管理规章制度等方面尚存在改善提升之处,各项规章制度在落地执行层面尚存在缺陷等问题;在行为层面存在的诸如企业文化活动开展较少及员工不能自觉践行企业文化等问题;在物质层面存在诸如企业文化氛围不浓郁以及利用的宣传载体较少等问题。 招商蛇口企业文化建设方案的优化设计应当坚持五大原则,分别为持续性原则、人本性原则、全员性原则、实效性原则及系统性原则。招商蛇口可以从精神层面、制度层面、行为层面及物质层面四个方面着手,对企业文化建设进行优化。全员参与企业文化建设、有力开展文化宣贯工作及制定年度企业文化主题是完善精神层面企业文化的举措;适当调整组织架构、细化完善各项管理规章制度及强化制度的贯彻执行是完善制度层面企业文化的举措;组织“学习一本文化手册、开设一个文化课堂、举办一场文化论坛、制定一套落地计划、开展一些主题活动”等五项企业文化行动是完善行为层面企业文化的举措;制作一本形象生动的企业文化宣传手册、制作一套标新立异的企业文化宣贯海报、创办一个主题鲜明的企业文化展示空间及定制一件寓意深刻的企业文化衫是完善物质层面企业文化的举措。 关键词:招商蛇口;企业文化;文化建设;建设方案 
英文摘要:Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise, the value of an enterprise, and the DNA of an enterprise. Enterprise culture is formed in the process of interaction between enterprise members, which is accepted by most of the members and is used as a set of value system for new members of education. The enterprise culture is composed of four levels, which are the material level, behavior level, institution level and spirit level. For enterprises, corporate culture has the functions of cohesion, guidance, restraint and motivation. China merchants shekou holdings group, headquartered in Hong Kong, is a key state-owned enterprise directly managed by the central government. China merchants shekou holdings is the flagship enterprise of urban comprehensive development and operation section under the group, which was founded in 1979. Since the integration of CHINA MERCHANTS SHEKOU HOLDINGS, the company has established the enterprise culture system version 1.0. With the joint efforts of all the employees, the enterprise culture construction has achieved stage results, but there are still some problems restricting the development of enterprise culture. In the process of corporate culture construction, China merchants shekou holdings has the problems of inadequate promotion of corporate culture, insufficient cultural differences and low recognition at the spiritual level. At the institutional level, there are still some improvements in the establishment of organizational structure and management rules and regulations, and there are still some defects in the implementation of various rules and regulations. On the behavioral level, there are some problems such as the lack of cultural activities and the inability of employees to consciously practice corporate culture. On the material level, there are some problems such as the lack of cultural atmosphere and less publicity carriers. The optimization design of the enterprise culture construction plan of China merchants shekou holdings should adhere to five principles, which are to take a long-term perspective and grasp the present. People oriented, create harmony; Top down, bottom up; System consideration, focus on actual effect; Multi - measures and multi - measures.
